ONW. I reach the same conclusions.

I don't see you slipping into the 'vortex' so hard luck, no filter for you! ATB

sadly you fail to understand that no matter how often you raise the issue it will not go away (to your satisfaction).
Consequently raising it is pointless.
I'm surprised you don't understand that, so really for your own peace of mind maybe you should use your filter facility and then maybe we can avoid your attempts to "solve" something that's :-
A Not directed at you
B Insoluble.

Feel free to filter me if that would help.

I'm sure you'll understand where I'm coming from
In the meantime

TF,
i dont like cheats.... i dont like liars.... He is both.
Its not an obsession, the fraud needs to be shown for what he is, which is a despicable little man with an ego the size of the universe.

To this day, having been proven wrong on hundreds, if not thousands of occasions, he is still yet to admit it, preferring to change the topic and avoid having to concede, its pathetic... he has no balls at all, he is a coward of the highest order.

He also has major personality issues, and people who don't know him, can be sucked in to his deception ( the other BB is testament to that fact, its littered with people who listened to his utter rubbish, and now carry massive losses because of it ).

The guy is a menace and needs to be stopped.

TF, " we all know Funding is required, hopefully it will be of the non-dilutive kind ". We have heard exactly the same thing every time funding is required. We even had that idiot Wildfarce stating ages ago when 22m of funding was stated as being required that the Company would raise it at 46p a share as they could only issue 50m new shares. These are the sort of idiotic statements that the Happy Clappers have been posting for years. Has your Happy Band managed to get anything right. Also the BOD have stated every time funding is required that all options are on the table and they are in multiple discussions. Yet out of all these options the very best they can come up with is dilution at a 20% discount with an ever falling share price.

Please remember that on this BB we let people have their say without fear of being "shouted down".
You've made your point to Tosh, so having done so perhaps you'd agree to disagree and stop "obsessing" about others' posts.
We don't need a "police force" here, so thanks for applying, but there's no post!

Reverting to my last Tosh - I mean - whatever brought those 2 posts on?

Your Pal hasn't posted here for a week and still you rant !

Forgive me, isn't this why you were excluded from LSE - this obsession?

Take it easy . . .

Tosh you do like a bitter rant and rave . . .

Dicing with 5p maybe ? Posters are not 'weak and stupid' as you say and every Poster IS aware that further funding is needed - hopefully, that'll be of a non-dilutive nature but no-one knows.

Your last two posts just hysterical - make yourself a cuppa.
Glad I can't read Terror's sweet looning and I better filter you too. ATB

C7 and pals have been gullible for many a year. Best leave them all to dream of instant riches.

Reality = a share price dicing with 4p, plus, every likelihood of another cash raise within the next couple of months, that will drive the share price even lower.

versus

Clown land = No further funding needed, share price to be £8 any time now.

Who in their right mind cant see this ?

Panama,
i think the reality is that only one poster is daft enough to make such outrageous claims of £1 - £8, the others merely pay lip service to the idiot, because they're petrified of upsetting him.
They are weak and stupid. There's no real conviction or substance in their posts, they merely follow the village idiot out of desperation... They have all lost so much money now that they dont have any alternative other than to get behind the monster raving loonie party, and its leader.

If they were positioned differently, i doubt that any one of them would give the clown any air time what so ever, but, due to their own incompetence and blinkered views of ineptico, they are now caught between a rock and a hard place, so have to toe the line.
Ironically, the biggest loser of all, is the very idiot that got his followers into the mess that they're now in.... its pathetic and so is he.

It is expected that the trial will enrol approximately 80 Stage 3/4 metastatic melanoma patients and commence in the second half of 2016, ending around 18 months later. Taken from an RNS December 2015, pretty much sums this Company up and why the Shareprice is where it is and there are some Investors who think the BOD haven't failed their Investors and the shareprice should be £1, £3, £6 or £8.

BS, ONW David Evans has invested 425k, Goodfeelow and Durrant in 10 years have put virtually nothing in but took 30k out 6 years ago while at the same time telling everyone to BUY, BUY, BUY sums up their arrogance, contempt and lack of respect for Investors money.

ONW,

Yes, the salary increases are hard to swallow. At least JC has ploughed more than half of his earnings to date back into the Company in the form of share purchases. Would be good to see some action from the rest of the BOD.

Berm,
You are quite right and maybe my comment was a bit below the belt, ....
BUT; I still can't quite get to grips with the gross insensitivity (to Shareholders) of those salary increases last year, whilst trying to square Kate Cornish-Bowden's Pre EOY departure with a completely (remuneration) comfortable Board in 2018.
So we know the Data's the thing, and JC waits to get that data, whilst continuing to draw his enhanced salary, which in my view shouldn't have become enhanced until some of his ability to generate the Global Capital - we've all been able to see he's working on elsewhere - had been demonstrated here. We mustn't lose sight of the fact that the new salaries have added to the cashburn that seems likely to be draining company liquid resources in front of the Glabal data receipts that the enhanced salaries were (presumably) awarded for.
Looks like that old song,
There's a hole in my bucket.....
Just all seemed a bit premature to me.
Anyway, Have a great weekend all....

Bs - Whatever the reason the FDA have for delaying the SCIB1 IND I'm sure that it's more than just a tick box exercise & that the BoD knew there was going to be a significant delay - hence the UK arm.

It seems odd then that on the one hand Scancell were holding up the SCIB2 CRUK collaboration as the high profile external validation yet have not prioritised the evaluation of an off the shelf Nano delivery tech, when they must have known about the likely delays elsewhere ie.Modi-1

Imho the nano delivery evaluation for SCIB2 (Immunobody+) would have allowed Cancer Research UK to crack on with a sizeable cohort for a Phase I/II Lung Cancer combo trial. Instead it's merely progressed to Exploratory.

Goooosed,

The message from both institutional investors and potential pharma licensees seems to be the same - they want more data. So whilst we may all understand the reasons why, it's frustrating that Scancell have spent 3 years with no products in trials and that it has taken so long to take Modi1 into the clinic.

Just hope now that they can put all that behind them and really crack on with those trials.

ONW,

To be fair, I believe that he does indeed have a track record of sourcing global capital - and therein lies the rub. Putting his salary to one side, I don't doubt for one second that both John Chiplin and David Evans before him, worked very hard to secure institutional investment to fund Scancell's pipeline. We were told that with JC's appointment Scancell would become more US focused and yet all funding since has been UK based.

So whilst JC has the experience and the contacts to secure US investment, it hasn't been forthcoming. Very disappointing.

Berm/Goosed.
Berm's 21802...
'Dr Chiplin's proven success sourcing global capital.......'

Well, nobody can say that claim's hollow...

JC's certainly sourced a great deal of (Personal) capital FROM SCLP since 2016 (with a bit of a boost annually from last year)!

So there .... LOL
