sorry am not quite with you. Not sure it can be a case of formal or informal - the FDA either clear the IND or don't so can only be formal can't it? I don't believe the FDA 'does' informal :)

the point being is the information required Formal or informal .. i mentioned this before that i do not know the status ... but posted that "clinical hold" appears to be the only option that i have seen

scancell have used

""" Ahead of the granting investigational new drug status """

so is that informal ?

Inanaco,

Re. You said that Scancell confirmed on 12th Feb that all O/S requirements had been sent to the FDA. Where did you see/read/hear that?

Loz, not visiting euroland much now my son has moved back to the UK. My passport expired in January and I haven't bothered to renew it as yet.
Nice win for your daughter. I trust you didn't advise going all in on a dodgy biotech!

Gash -
I mentioned the exchange rate 'opportunities' which are available...to include folks, like yourself, with 'visits' to Euroland to swap / pick-up at a 'good rate'.
A 'good time' for my daughter 'n' grand daughter to 'stock-up on Euros, cos they are planning to visit... due to the fact that my daughter picked-up, last weeks UK lottery a nice little £14,620
OK...Back to the 'A;ternative Figs' = only 32 C in the sun just now { down from the max 36 C yesterday}

Loz, I had noted the volatility but not taken the opportunity. £ down on imminent Brexit, down a lot on no deal brexit and up if Brexit seems postponed or cancelled.

7 YEARS of " everything WRONG, 100% of the time." = LOSSES
WHY would ANYONE persist in making FALSE CLAIMS and LIES...dragging those who fall for this, into more and more LOSSES = UNLESS,= HE NEEDS people to BUY,BUY,BUY
Ask yourselves - 'Does ANYONE incur LOSSES for over 7 YEARS...and NOT learn' ???
HE is NOT playing the 'game' that the 'underwaters' think HE is.
How long have the 'underwaters' been 'underwater' ???
.
Is it not the 'idea' for 'playing the investment game' to GAIN ???
Is it not the 'idea' for 'playing the investment game' to AVOID LOSSES ???
IF SO
What 'GAME' is inane'n'co 'playing' ???
Are folks PAYING {dearly} for an 'EGO BOOSTING' GAME ???
.
Talking of GAINS, is anyone else keeping-up with the £ v Euro 'opportunities' to make GAINS of late ???

A rhetorical question, by definition, doesn't need an answer.
Everyone knows the answer, well everyone except the resident village idiot, but then again, the FACT that he acknowledges that " mechanisms of failure " exist, says it all, as it totally contradicts all of his posts about there being no risk... hence his dichotomy, and why he's managed to call everything WRONG, 100% of the time.

As has always been the case, it highlights his total lack of understanding.

Ok tosh. Sorry to hear about your nightmares.. "A disease that try's to take over and distort the status quo of a previously healthy body, draining the life blood out of any healthy cells that it touches. A disease that desperately try's to shroud itself in deceit, so as not to be found.A disease that falsifies its intentions and lurks in the darkness, only showing itself when it comes out to cause severe harm. A disease that when caught out, disappears back into the darkness very quickly, only to regroup and reappear when it feels strong enough again."

Melodramatic ?
No, as i prefixed the post... i find it rather ironic, but now the matter up ......

As Loz says, what is melodramatic is the £8 / share nonsense, and the inability to accept that this investment is fraught with RISK.... Claiming anything else, and then disappearing when proven to be wrong, only to reappear with the same nonsense, is exactly that,,,, melodramatic.

Melodramatic = being exaggerated or overemotional.

I think that just about sums up the over exaggerated and emotional claims mentioned above, perfectly.
Thanks for your semantic guidance, i think it fits a certain persons posts very nicely.
