Tosh. You are not quite correct there - I have seen multi-multiplicity of posts over many many years on both BB's - about your pre-eminence in career, achievements, investment strategy but IMHO the downside is the chip sitting on your shoulder.

Not making things up - my 'old' memory might be better than your 'young' memory.

And - OK - I just got the impression about the 'bright' bit and you probably are.
With a massive chip.

Gosh - I hope these shares don't hit £8 - what'll we want to talk about then ?

I've told no one that im a bright guy !
You've clearly been spending too many hours hanging out the back of a certain village idiot and have caught his " if i can't win the argument, i'll make things up " disease.

And the village idiot returns with his usual nonsense.
He just cant accept fact, he has to try to live in his fantasy world.

Gaz - if you have profitably traded the peaks and troughs of this share over the last year, well done you. But I can't recall any evidence of this strategy in your posts except on a "post event" basis. So to repeat my advice : "If you believe in what they are doing longer term - then buy and hold the shares, and get on with the other things in your life. Nobody here has been particularly good at guessing the week by week movements in the share, despite their protestations :)"

wiggy,

Like it or not, we live in a market driven country in which making profit is normally something to be applauded. The fact that many of us are happy to snap up shares when they hit lows is what is actually propping the share price up, thereby REDUCING the "buy and hold" swallowers losses. Nobody forces anyone to sell at 10p and if you think the odd innocuous comment on a BB makes the herd stampede in a frenzy of selling you are more deluded than I thought.

As I have said before, a buoyant market needs both sellers and buyers. If there were no sellers then no one could buy and the price would be stagnant. Of course, if I (or Loz or anyone) did buy at 10p and sold for 14p, who's to say that the person buying at 14p doesn't go on to see 20p? If the potential of this company is as good as many think, there is plenty of profit for everyone. The only difference is, some like to minimise their loss and trouser profit's while others are prepared to sink a little waiting for the big pay day.

So last time the shares were at 10p, you were urging caution here but quietly buying the shares yourself. So are you a profit making conman or a profitless windbag who can't predict the share price week to week? :)

FLATTY -
"I recall when building my initial position here around 10p last time, I was urged to focus on funding and various other negatives. Numerous low-mid single digit guesstimates were touted. Within weeks the shares had risen to 18p "
.
Did you SELL when = "Within weeks the shares had risen to 18p"...Thus 'trousering' a PROFIT of 80% ???
OR
Did you MISS the chance to trade..."with the intention of buying back at a lower price." and return to 10p... whilst telling *US ALL* you were BUY,BUY,BUYing at 11p / 12p ???
Might explain your 'anger' towards those ....WHO DID 'Make'n'Take' the - up to 80% PROFITS available to those, with a PROVEN record of being - WISER, more ASTUTE ???

Tosh. Many bad ones too. I recall when building my initial position here around 10p last time, I was urged to focus on funding and various other negatives. Numerous low-mid single digit guesstimates were touted. Within weeks the shares had risen to 18p - and all fell silent (aside from protestations from the previously cautious that they were shareholders after all). So to repeat my point - nobody here has proven adept at predicting the movement in the share price week to week.

WW,
on the contrary, there have been many very accurate predictions on here.

I wonder if any of these cautious holders sold their stock higher up with the intention of buying back at a lower price. I haven't seen it reported here. Perhaps a lack of conviction then, combined with a lot of post event rationalisation, results in their feeling of being proven right repeatedly. My advice to anyone interested in the company is - If you believe in what they are doing longer term - then buy and hold the shares, and get on with the other things in your life. Nobody here has been particularly good at guessing the week by week movements in the share, despite their protestations :)

As a few of us told the caped crusader at the time of the last cash raise, there was no need to take up the allocation, as the share price would be below it at some point over the next 12 months anyway, so all it achieved was to tie up more funds, for even longer, with no upside, for people who were already way out of the money.

Yet again, he has been proven to be 100% wrong, whilst others on here have been shown to be right again.

Whether a market correction does indeed happen this month or not, IMHO single figures will come to fruition anyway, unless.... there's some news.
The CRUK announcement is still someway off, so as previously stated a few months ago, this will dip below 10p, maybe below 9p.

£8 / share is utter nonsense, so is £1.
We're years away from such prices, and anyone who suggests differently is not right in the head.

Terror,
The FTSE 100 yields are running at an historic high so perhaps a correction is due. IF there was, it would have an impact on SCLP (it always does!) and IF the share price was just over 10p then it conceivably could go sub 10p.

Not sure why TF would think this fact and logical conclusion is any less relevant than the link he posted or indeed why he thinks you are a “plonker”;.

The stock market looks heated, hence the possible correction as yields rise.

Scancell in a vacuum for a few weeks, if not months. Be interesting to see if 10p on the offer holds if the market corrects.
