The REALITY of the TWO DIFFERENT 'fund raisings' -
Most 'blinkered trHYPERs' seem to 'miss' or 'avoid' what others see has just taken place -
ONE = FUNDING.. 'Raising' £7.5 million... allows certain 'people' to BUY-in, at a 'discount of 31.4 %'... as MANY shares as they like.
The SECOND ... DIFFERENT = FUNDING...'Raising' £2 million... restricts existing shareholders.. to HAVE to 'stump-up' at 12p,,, at 1 for 19
AND
Suffering a DILUTION of 20 %.... for the 'PRIVALAGE'
The 'costs' of these TWO COMBINED FUND raisers, is listed as being £600,000
Which DIFFERENT FUNDING - do *WE ALL* think, will HAVE TO 'pay' that £600,000 ???

Chelsea for once I wish you were correct but unfortunately RG has not left the Company. The fact is all Investors have had to pay for his gross incompetence, many shareholders have been forced to sell at losses and openly admitted to it and due to his abysmal performance we now have an extra minimum 80m shares in issue , this means that any future profits have been diluted by 20% more than necessary. He has been incredibly arrogant and treated the likes of you , Wildforce, Torquay and Inanaco with utter contempt. A truly despicable little man. Anyway how is your round the world cruise that Goodfellow was going to pay for ?

Around 3 mins 40 secs on the latest CH ProActive YouTube - a little slip by CH but shows the CH mindset - ''a research collaboration WITH a commercial option'' which 'will' whoops 'may' be taken up.

BioNTech now have the Scientists in the World ranked second for 'intimacy with Moditope'. Sounds odd - someone will or may put it better ! Just a hunch that a lot more may come out of this collaboration, given Genentech and Roche hanging around just off stage . . . .

and :-

Areas of deployment of Scancell science and 'platforms' ? We have :-

Immunobody
Immunobody combo with Checkpoint Inhibitor (or something else).
Moditope
Moditope epitopes in BioNTech TCR
and Glycolipid

Looks like a bargain pack of science, mostly under Patents, at 12.65 pence !

Just trying to raise the tone a little. If you Guys really want a good read, swot up on Inan's brilliant posts on the science and status, on LSE, over the last few days. ATB

panama7, ............""".Chelsea, you have been writing the same nonsense for 5 years,

Given that, a stupid question.

RG has left the Company, the Second World War finished in 1945, anything else i can help you with?

Chelsea, you have been writing the same nonsense for 5 years, you could cut and paste hundreds of your posts over the last 5 years and none of them have come to fruition. You talk of inflection points, how many inflection points have we passed in the last 5 years with no upward movement in the share price and no reaction to any inflection points by Big Pharma. Goodfellow has taken you for a mug, he has left you out of pocket for 5 years and shown with his actions and deeds he couldn't care less about your circumstances or when you might be in a position to sell at a profit. Answer 1 question If your circumstances changed tomorrow and you were in urgent need of funds would you be happy with your investment and happy to sell at 12p.

Lozan, I do not believe in the buy/hold scenario, i just have never had the shares i have now to take some profit. Would appreciate you not suggesting the contrary.

Glad to see we have the £11m in cash now to take this forward. Both SCIB Combo trials are ready at a cost to Scancell of about £5m more.

Not so sure it will be that long before we see the highs we have seen recently either. There are many inflection points to look forward too. in the coming months. Key is commercial deals for Moditope to take them into trials, but we have never had the cash we have now to take us forward in all platforms.

Another platform too, and as we have seen recently Lindy is ensuring that whatever new technologies there are are in our.armoury.

With the share price at 12p and £11m in the bank, there is every reason to look forward to the coming year IMHO, GL all those who can afford to take advantage of such an share price again. The elephant has left the room, but i am sure certain posters here would suggest it has not. Lets see how the share price performs from now, i feel very confident of a very healthy return, and if we can replicate or even improve on SCIB1 trial data, delighted we could have a wonderful treatment for cancer sufferers.

RH, if the science is as good as we are all being led to believe then this has been an incredibly poorly managed Company for 5 years. So many statements that haven't materialised having a detrimental effect on the share price every time they fail to deliver. The BOD have made so many statements that just don't stand up. They have stated on several occasions that Big Pharma want everything for nothing what an absolutely ridiculous statement to make in an industry that has seen 10's of Billions of USD change hands. All we as Investors get is excuses , they have shown Investors no respect whatsoever bearing in mind they have left many Investors out of pocket for 5 years and have shown absolutely no urgency to get those Investors money back and in fact have done the complete opposite by continually making statements and taking actions that undermine the share price I personally have some faith in the science but no faith in the BOD whatsoever.

Panama, what’s your thoughts going forward? If the science isn’t good then there is no hope but I don’t believe that is the scenario here.
I think someone mentioned it the other day that now we have cash to move the plan forward the board better be out there promoting the company.
For too long they’ve put their trust in the science which is fine but I just don’t think maybe until recently the company has been getting into the right circles and recognised enough on the stage that we desire. The CRUK challenge has definitely changed that along with the BioNtech deal but too late in the day to alleviate the funding issue which has now been partly resolved.

Apparently, there is a rather 'shady SPIV' 'flogging deckchair rentals' on Inanacombe prom, trying to sell 'season tickets' to watch Torquay Utd - next season.
HE CLAIMS, one Lionel Messi, is to spend next season playing for Torquat Utd - on loan, urging people to 'snap-up' HIS 'season tickets' NOW, as they will be going for £6,000 each - one next seasons 'FIXture lists' are announced.
.
Anyone guess who HE is ???

Panama

Makes you wonder how the guy is not a billionaire by now. As he knows more than industry experts. Amazing what builders know nowadays. Perhaps that's where big pharma's are going wrong. They are not employing builders to do their research and deals. Lol.

inanaco quote.

" Scancell pipeline now so big if not bigger than most majors. Only the market does not get it."

I have heard some far out quotes in my time but that takes the biscuit.I think the Majors can buy a company for 12-13p a share.Lol.

REALITY -
Someone picks up over 21million shares at an over 31% discount
J Chips picks up 900.000 to add to his 1.1 million at an over 31% discount
Existing P Is get diluted by circa 20%... BUT... They CAN BUY at the discounted price at = 1 cheap share, for every 19 not-so-cheap share ..they owned {Unlike the aforementioned}
.
And yet, there are some who think this is an OK situation
Others might feel someone has been 'mugged'....AGAIN

Does anyone know where Goodfellow the Mike Hunt of Aim has disappeared to, he couldn't help himself tweeting for 2 weeks prior to the fundraising. I am surprised he hasn't tweeted that it's the most successful fundraising ever and how pleased he is that his twin A.Hunt was able to support the Company in an oversubscribed fundraising by adding 900,000 shares to the 1.1m he picked up in the previously oversubscribed fundraising. what a couple of Hunts. Due to Mike Hunts' gross incompetence we now have an extra 80m shares in issue than was necessary. His lack of integrity and credibility has meant that he has had to raise at the most distressed share price levels. They raised at 22p 5 years ago for a very successful trial in an industry with Billions trading hands, so to raise at anything below 22p is sheer gross incompetence and sums up what a complete Mike Hunt he is.
