Timbo,

If you're around still, going back to your comment on the terms of the Ichor agreement, what didn't you like? I believe the existing agreement expires in July so they'll need to extend again for the SCIB1 trial.

Key takeaway for me is he said they now have the capital to drive this forward into the clinicFound the we are not in the business of curing mice, but humans amusing. The co has demonstrated it can raise capital and that builds kudos with both the market and any potential partners. The US is where the focus will switch and US funds can be very aggressive if they like a company. The 35p area will be an interesting initial target.Gla

If anyone can open that up

hxxps://pubs.acs.org/doi/ipdf/10.1021/acsami.6b14132

We report a new and general method, in situ growth, for designing self-assembled protein–polymer nanovesicles for intracellular protein delivery. In situ polymerization of a water-soluble monomer from a protein attached with a polymerization initiator yields amphiphilic protein conjugates of a water-insoluble polymer. These conjugates can in situ self-assemble into nanostructures with tunable morphologies from spheres to vesicles. Interestingly, an exogenous protein can be in situ encapsulated inside protein–polymer nanovesicles for enhanced intracellular protein delivery. The in situ growth method may open up new opportunities for designing a variety of self-assembled protein–polymer nanostructures tailored to specific applications.

maybe we look to China ...

Thanks Timbo.
So was that you asking the question about 'gruesome' Ichor ?
Hopefully Scancell can arrange a deal to use 'nanovesicles' before too long !

Thanks to Botski for the recording from last night (which is here):

Cliff seems to have got up to speed very quickly in respect to all the previous work and history of the projects and he certainly handled the Q&A session very well, also I was somewhat pleasantly surprised to hear that he hasn't really picked up an Aussie accent given all his years in exile (quite an achievement).

Unfortunately he could not hang around for long after his presentation, so I (and several others) only had about 10 minutes to quiz him after the presentation and although that is not included in the recording, I don't think we got a lot of new information from that post presentation inquisition.

Very pleased to hear that it looks like there is a good chance that will move away from Ichor for SCIB2. As some of you may have gathered, I really do not like that device or the terms of the agreement with Ichor.

Interesting feedback from last night's presentation. This one ties in with my belief the co will be worth many £££'s a share and much faster than many think.rafty13051,702 postsLast NightI was there last night and I don't disagree it was a very technical presentation. So with the presentation and our chat afterwards, the deal with the results we should get would dwarf whatever we would get now, So for example Merck, If we double the success rate of Keytruda in the combo trial, what value do we add to /Keytruda whose sales are already in the billions, So if we beat the 55% target in the trial, there will be a commercial deal done because Keytruda would now be the most successful Melanoma therapy. Gentech (and it seems by recent events Eli Lilley) also now have a ringside seat with what is happening in moditope. So now it seems pretty simple. We get the results and the buyers are lined upend like everything in life it is results based, And if thesis things come in, north of ?5 a share in 2 years is the target with at least one success. There will be milestones and infection points along the way for those who want to get some cash off the table. But my take from last night, we are nearing the end game and in 2 years it will be done.

Really dobson .. ?

You will be teaching us soon at this rate

amazed all lindys research in one small article presented by a Public Relations and Communications exec.

would love to see Loz'z commercial Posts ... any chance of a reprint .. ??

and for the record Scancell is collaborating on TCR discovery of the prime t cells that have the highest avidity to the Moditope epitopes its not building TCR vaccines
that is Bio N techs roles, however under the circumstances maybe you are now best placed to advise on the science, over common sense LOL

Post recommended Goosy and helps me understand the science here as have difficulty with the cell stuff but that explains it in simple way.Bit like LOZ communicates the Commercial bits and the ASTUTE argument.
So in future I would appreciate IF ALL posters kept it clear and concisse SO that WE CAN ALL understand the science and commercial side.Would make for a much better board.
WE DONT want the ramblings of The Failed Professors or the NEY sayers who deny FUNDING is EVER an issue OR the £6 ALL IN boyos.
Is there a Meeting tonight as ANY feedback welcome so that I can sleep easy with my ho,di g here

And the share goes Up ..

despite Loz and the Bourn Trilogy ...

has common sense caught up with the science ... well not yet

Loz;s Hobby of Spike watching ... was thwarted by the Farmers tractor ... leaving him counting Scancells which he has missed

The Being a Shareholder Myth continues ...

at least he can play his good hand ...

Re. "Common sense meets science -"
Any 'sound minded' investors or 'potential investors'...'cruising' these forums, in hopes of 'picking-up any indication via 'rational thoughts' , as to investing in SCLP', from what others post here...CAN / WILL benefit, by reading the responses to the 'Common sense meets science -' item.
The 'CONtent' CONtained in the resposes from certain posters are 'quite an eye-opener' as to revealing their very FRAIL 'state-of-mind'.
The "very FRAIL" 'state-of-mind' these posters 'irritated' trHYPERS and SCAMMERS are reduced to, due to their FAILED attempts, to recover their LOSSES, where, with LIES and FALSE CLAIMS, they 'GO ALL OUT' to get others to 'GO ALL IN'.
Meanwhile, the CALMER, WISER, more ASTUTE investors here just 'get-on-with' the business of making the RIGHT moves at the RIGHT time.
*WE ALL* agree, that there is "Much to hope for here".... given that investors make their OWN... RIGHT decisions =
The first of which, and 'most PROFITABLE',{ As most already DO}is, to IGNORE the obvious LOSS MAKING ranting /ramping trHYPE SCAMMERS.

Eu V Uk on Galileo ...

and yet "bornes" set in the ground could have guided all passenger jets, missile,

indeed prior we used extremely accurate Gyros, Gyro Compass, and still could not precision bomb on target ... that required triangulation by radio waves actually similar to GPS

and Galileo will go to 2cm accuracy if you have the appropriate codes

sadly the french official only have access to a stick ... and a blind Brit ...

seems they trusted the stick which could be moved rather than co-ordinates which can only move with plate tectonics which makes the science the clear winner
as it can also calculate the yearly error of that movement

understanding the science clearly has benefits .. It accurately gives you a position relative to a global picture ...

You have only a stick and what the eye can see ..

Nice story Loz.
Good to see you can bring a different perspective with a literary outlook.
Similarities with here in that the best input is not always the one who only judges it purely by the science.

Common sense meets science -
As the two brothers who have farmed all the land that surrounds our place are about to retire, another local farmer and his son are BUYING the land {loads of it}{the brothers RENTED on 12 year leases} from the 2 different owners who each own different 'parcels'... thus combining the land into one HUGE farm.
Here in France, 'parcels' of land are marked-out by 'planting' a 'borne' { a 30 inch spike topped with a ceramic 'head'} to mark the legal bounderies.
This morning, all parties assembled ... along with 3 blokes from the 'land registry dept' to verify the exact 'parcles' of land measurements.
The 3 blokes had all their techie-tackle - SatNav, maps, detectors ... you name it, to detect the 'planted bornes'.... using modern-day science.
The 'bornes' could not be located.
Pre science, bounderies were marked by 'planting of a tree' as 'markers'.
However
After much hand waving, heated animations - as to where the elusive 'bornes',the 3 blokes INSISTING their science proved where the 'bornes' were.... and, being a 'Brit', who has only been here 18 years...."what did I know about science" ???
Their 'science' alone knew where the 'borne markers' were.
BUT
"What do I know" ???
I knew EXACTLY where the 'borne markers' are
Cos, I was there at the time /day, when the brothers accidentally 'ripped the 'bornes' out' ... with their 'plough'.
