Don’t forget that we are working on inanaco’s assumption that Scancell have the £20 million a CRUK cash in the bag and that within the next 12 months Scancell would have achieved validation and infection points in its pipelines. Hence a cash flow.

So what I am saying is. If as Inanaco believes the above is in the bag, done and dusted. Then a short term loan is far more sensible and profitable than adding millions of shares to your company via a placing. The interest on a short term loan is much better than major dilution.

Hence why I think Inanaco is wrong and the Board backs me up by turning down the loan option.

Anyway, busey day so I’ll leave it to you.

No. Wrong again as usual.

The market cannot buy at the placing price. The share price nearly always finishes well above the rock bottom fund placing price. If it hits it, it goes up almost instantly before you can put any meaningful buy order in.So as to give the big boys an incentive to buy.

So Agema does not endorse and you are doing what you often do. Take a line or two from a post and add your own spin to it.

Perhaps those who do display their unhappyness, are actually 'angry' at themselves for allowing themselves to fall-in with the costly trHYPE merchants 'illusion' here = Which has been proven to be 100% WRONG.

Whilst, being determined to ignore the views / percption of the REALISTS

Lozza, oh I get it now. Your wrath directed at certain parties is down to your ill-judged actions. I had for a long time suspected as much but good of you to confirm once and for all.

Really?

The biotech. graveyard is littered with early stage bios that have come unstuck through loan funding and even some very notable late stage companies. I'm really surprised that you would suggest loan funding is preferable to an equity funding at this stage in Scancell's development.

I would immediately sell any stock I hold in any early stage, non revenue generating bio who raised money via a loan.
