No. Wrong again as usual.

The market cannot buy at the placing price. The share price nearly always finishes well above the rock bottom fund placing price. If it hits it, it goes up almost instantly before you can put any meaningful buy order in.So as to give the big boys an incentive to buy.

So Agema does not endorse and you are doing what you often do. Take a line or two from a post and add your own spin to it.

One thing that is glaringly obvious, is the willingness of certain people to vent their 'wrath' towards others, as a way of covering-up their own ill-judged actions.
Perhaps those who do display their unhappyness, are actually 'angry' at themselves for allowing themselves to fall-in with the costly trHYPE merchants 'illusion' here = Which has been proven to be 100% WRONG.
.
Whilst, being determined to ignore the views / percption of the REALISTS
Who have been proven to have been 100% RIGHT.
.
You should have listened to the REALISTS

Lozza, oh I get it now. Your wrath directed at certain parties is down to your ill-judged actions. I had for a long time suspected as much but good of you to confirm once and for all.

Really?

The biotech. graveyard is littered with early stage bios that have come unstuck through loan funding and even some very notable late stage companies. I'm really surprised that you would suggest loan funding is preferable to an equity funding at this stage in Scancell's development.

I would immediately sell any stock I hold in any early stage, non revenue generating bio who raised money via a loan.

No. The market did not feel the need to fund. False post.

The market took advantage of a 31% discount. What idiot would not. A no brainier.

Discounts to sp’s are nearly always took up. It’s always virtually an instant profit. What fund would turn that down.!

Lozza,
Could you please share with the group exactly how you have "prospered" following your policy of cynicism and disbelief. Anybody can hide their cash under the matress and aplaud themselves for not having "lost" any money. You seem to have a knack (rather than knackers) of advocating a "do nothing" policy. Surely your only "talent" isn't just a creative (albeit incorrect) use of capitalisation and punctuation. Do you have ANYTHING +ve to say about ANYTHING. How about sharing your views on brexit? I can't think of a better topic for your meaningless and irrelevant ramblings.

only have to post what others think of you loz ...

Defiantly a Ioan is the better option. Especially as major revenues are according to Inan coming within 7 months. CRUK grand challenge money coming at least.

As the board have not taken this revolving loan option, (if it even exists)and went with a major dilution placing. This tells me that either the facility does not exist or more obviously, that Major revenue is not by any means likely within the next 7 months or so.

Built my initial position here at 10p when fear took hold, and have now completed my position post cash raise. If it moves a penny up or down from here short term - who cares? This story is getting better and better - the collaboration partners are first rate and they now have the funds to reach multiple inflection points :)
