Fragma,

A placing could well be in the works. My guess is in May. But we could expect it any time now really.

Bet its a big one too.

From a BBC article - "What monkeys can teach us about money"
"Most people will gamble and go for the riskier choice. Surprisingly, so do the monkeys. The thought of losing out is so painful that they will risk a bigger loss just for a chance of no loss.

When stocks and shares crash or house prices collapse, you might expect people to become more cautious. In fact, they take more risks. People will hold onto stock that is losing value, speculating the price will rise again, because we can’t bear the thought of having less than we have now. This is loss aversion."

Every buy now seems to be pushing the price lower for the next buy, as has been for 3 days now. can now buy at 14.38.

From my experience they are either working a very large sell order or their is a placing in the works (which would explain the 5% gap up the other day on no volume to allow the forward selling of shares)

Lozan

That is the EPO fee. As for the translation costs, only the Claims require translation. There are just 17 claims which in total will probably cover 2 to 3 A4 pages and most of them are just one sentence. It won't be a significant cost.

SO.. Why do you post them Elsie ???.
And from the 'inferior forum' Elsie posts ="Of course ADVFN reckon two straight sells lol, what a waste of a BB."
SO... Why do you post here at all Elsie ???"""

Lozan, very simple. As a shareholder in Scancell, and considering it is your posts i am discussing, it is about time more us challenged the nonsense and lies that you post. Really is as simple as that.

Tosh, correct i haven"t called many things that right in the first few years, but i have always honestly declared that, have others here been honest over their holdings??

Just so tedious that in any given day SCLP is not discussed, just constant talk of inanaco. Would be good to get over that after six years??

The two 245k trades are probbly rollovers, like the many we have seen before. Whats the big deal or the difference now??

Just post after post of false information and lies. All very pointless!!

fragma - that's not my understanding.

They could have been anything, buys, sells, transfers, rollovers but as rHatton says share price hasn't dropped and second trade was for a higher price so not sure why anyone would jump to the conclusion that they were sells. Similarly the share price hasn't risen which suggests they probably weren't buys either.

Either way, it doesn't matter whatever the trades were, they've washed through now.

Doubt very much 600ks worth of shares would be sold without the share price cratering.

Bermuda, T20's can be extended for a fee, but there is no need for the shares to be be sold and rebought, they just extend the time until payment is due.

fragma - yes I know what rollovers and T20's are.

Believe T20 trades can be 'rolled over' - settlement day arrives and you elect to roll over trade. Broker has to sell and buy again instantly and will charge a small premium. Look at the timing of the 2 trades and the prices.

missed the last bit

rollovers are positions that are taken in futures and forex etc. that come with a pre-determined expiry that are charged a fee to extend the expiry.

B .. It actually looks like a roll over.

T20's as are T3's are delayed settlements not rollovers.

If you don't have the money in your account when settlement is due then they sell your shares. if you do then the money is taken out of your account and no further trades are published as it was published at the time the shares were first purchased.

rollovers are positions that are taken in futures and forex etc. that come with a pre-determined expiry.

fragma/Tosh - why can't it be a T20 rollover?

Maybe someone selling prior to placing announcement ?
Selling out at 14p, getting back in via a placing at 12p.

It won't be roll overs as they are used in Forex and futures etc. not normal stock trading.
