That's unbelievably rich from you Marcus. You continually post all matter of drivel that has absolutely nothing to do with scancell whatsoever. Sad. Very sad. |
I got 8.475p on the bell this morning |
Ct,Thanks for Theo background information. My buys were 8.57 and 8.55 - a little higher than others I notice. Not too bothered if this gets to 15p |
In your case CT...it would be a complete waste of money... |
I decided to try L2 for a month
Aquis is Wins on their own.
8.55p at the moment.
From Peel on LSE it looks like |
Yes, a really bad practice trying to pick a bottom....it's rarely successful. The market trend continues...until it doesn't. You can't infer 'anything' about trend from L2. . Let's say you were successful in your latest attempt to 'pick a bottom'. That would merely encourage you to try it again. It would reinforce 'bad' practice. It is the wrong thing to do..period. I wouldn't be the educator on this BB if I didn't tell you lot this. I feel duty bound because of intellectual honesty. . The best tactic is to look at inane and hold him up as the shining example of how NOT to invest in the stock market. Luckily he has his car park kiosk for shelter... |
Ruck
A few larger buys went through Aquis this week typically just Wins or Peel on there, more often Wins, it just adds to the market maker list.
A few 100k buys went through there at 8.5p and I see the 20k is higher than 8.5 so for now the MM on Aquis is done, back to whoever was on the offer on LSE.
If I had level 2 I could see.
Worth getting if things start to hot up.
There will be a gaggle of PIs who went off playing elsewhere waiting for time to roll through to scan results.
That key trigger figure of 27 ORR at 25 weeks is fast approaching now, if they are in line with 70-75% ORR.
Some are obviously starting to buy and if the price moves up, the buying in theory, will increase.
The first signal is increasing climbs within the spread. |
Making the same mistake as inane ruck...trying to pick a bottom.... Only monkeys should pick bottoms... |
RR - LSE rather than Acquis so shows up here that's all |
Sod it, another 20K for me,Strangely, this one's showing. |
A big holder still wanting out here. MM's doing well to shift some at this price. . Quick recap . When a large holder with company knowledge sells.....whatever the reason why....we can 'definitely' say for sure that they are NOT expecting the share price to rise anytime soon. |
Lol... Yep, all the business development exploration....posters...and successful trial results so far have really unlocked shareholder value....to the 'downside' that is. . Are you sure about your market premise inane ? Lol |

The bit I forgot to add
32 passed week 25 scan by 15th Jan (24th July news 32/43)
So it's only waiting on 4 for week 25 between 15th Jan and 18th March, which all will be done by now (going on timings)
42 have had at least their first scan, the last of which would have been mid Feb, so by now they have 1st scan details for at least 42 patients. |
1230 unread posts have passed me by waiting for time to pass, watching paint dry.
But finally we are at a point where news may trigger.
Scib 1 25 weeks point
Immunised dates from news.
24th July 32/43 24th Sept 36/43 18th Nov. 42/43
In 25 week scan terms the 36 are complete this week, probably already in given we are going by news dates, 25 were complete at 25 weeks by 18th Nov.
27 is the magic number to trigger news.
week 25 going by the Sept news date is 18th March, the reality is the patient 36 25 week scan was at the latest days before the news. So 36 25 week scans by now, perhaps data awaited on the last 1 or 2.
What that means in percentage PR wise
25/36 69% 26/36 72% 27/36 75%
The last update it was running at 72%.
Between 24th Sept and 18th Nov (weeks) 6 more patients were immunised.
Week 19 the first scan is well past for the 36 patients that was the first fews days of Feb.
So they will a very good idea of what it coming on the week 25 results. With all week 19 scan for 42 due by the end if this month.
In other words they probably have week 19 scans for about 40 patients done now.
So the paint is drying and we should get some news the coming weeks if the 70%+ is holding.
They could have had a good run as at the start, we'll find out soon.
No surprise then given the timings that there are a few buys in the last few days.... or is it those with inside knowledge. |
Tf - Very interesting More interesting than usual |
SCIB1 combined with nivolumab and ipilimumab consistently induced functional CD4 and CD8 T cell responses to melanoma antigens. 6 SCIB1-specific TCRs identified and functionally validated. 2 out of 3 patients showed demonstratable vaccine induced expansion of SCIB1-specific TCR clonotypes following SCIB1 vaccination. The longer gp100 174 peptide induced an oligoclonal repertoire of vaccine-specific TCRs, whereas the shorter TRP-2 180 peptide induced largely monoclonal TCR repertoires. |
Companies not delivering as fast as investors would like will cover about 90% of all companies.I don't see much to complain about here in recent years. |
Nigel agree we should all revisit our investment decisions and decide whether to buy more/ sell some or hold based on a balance of news and sentiment. Simply buying more based on a pure emotional need to be a big fish in a small pod rarely ends well but the only way they often learn is when it is too late but all the red flags are there if you cared to open your eyes. |
