Mystery supply back in August revealed.
Calculus suspected back then but ‘records’; showed none sold by them.

So it seems buyers had been getting them from Calculus.

All the proof I need is in my bank account, inane. Thats because I didn't own a share until mid 2020......and hadn't wasted the previous decade here watching the share price go down and totally wasting my time. Unlike you.

"big numbers again Marcus"Not sure if you noticed but that's NOT Scancell. The Scancell deal, from memory, is with GenMab - $5m upfront, potential $624m.

Modi-1

monotherapy, response rate of interest 25%

Combo " " 45%

No dose limiting toxicities were observed. There has also been encouraging early efficacy as monotherapy, with good T cell responses, in various hard-to-treat cancers, including head and neck, ovarian and breast cancer. Despite failing prior treatments, an encouraging c 60% of patients receiving Modi-1 achieved stable disease.

It is the combination of Modi-1 with CPIs that could potentially improve these observed response rates materially. As with the SCOPE trial with ImmunoBody, the rationale is that doublet CPI therapy is highly synergised when coupled with targeted vaccines. A new arm exploring Modi-1 in combination with CPIs in advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is underway. The study protocol received regulatory approval in May 2024, with a planned cohort of 44 previously untreated patients. Enrolment is underway, with four patients dosed to date, and a preliminary data read-out is expected in H125.

yes but the Government policy has to be based on the next 5 years not one week like TF wants ...

example 2010 austerity had an impact on peoples lives for nearly 10 years ... just to get Gov Borrowing back under control

so this Virus could have the same impact if we don't manage this virus correctly ...

its not just about one area ... that policy decisions are taken

its the effects OFF ... so those calling for a complete lockdown .. might just regret that in 12 months time as more people die because the NHS will be severely underfunded as the recession caused by the virus undermines future earning capacity of the economy

... you have still to explain how you will stop the virus .........

1 in 21 weeks to over 1.1 million infections that we know about ... its even now in the Falklands ....

it does not matter how you dress it up over time the virus will win without a vaccine ...

it is what happens naturally !!

the Virus follows this pattern until natural herd immunity takes hold ......... at which point it mutates or dies out ..

lets hope you can maintain isolation until that happens .. ATB meanwhile every week that goes by you destroy the economy

you still have to get out of this ? what is your plan

I am prepared to unban everyone except Nana and Panama7 (vaccine denier fool) if you promise to provide HONEST opinions in areas you actually have EXPERIENCE IN and if you start every other argument/opinion with "not my area but is it possible that..."

It will be good for you, regardless of this stock.

What ever MT ... i am sure if you could create a thread you would ....

Sadly its not the case, instead you act like a child who has lost his teddy bear

rather than engage in anything meaning full

and by the sound of it you think Ruck has it correct ....😮

Hardly. I describe your view about Scancell's potential as being (POSSIBLY!!) roughly correct.Unfortunately the other 99.5% of your offerings are completely deranged delusional rubbish - and we'd all be better off without them. .. including the Company itself, ADVFN - and you, yourself! Now GTF.....

"Ruck to this day believes he is correct ......"

Yes, and the reason for that is I was and still am"
Unfortunately, your lack of knowledge and comprehension in this field means you cannot and won't ever understand that.

Ruck,

Struggling to understand why Scancell would exclude patient no. 1 with progressive disease as an outlier. I understand that his/her results are an anomaly in terms of the overall data set, but this isn't down to any measurement error or exceptional medical circumstances - it's sadly just what happens when patients don't respond to treatment. Surely excluding them also skews the data?

LOL

all about expectations ............ apparently

your own predicted valuation Exceeded mine Ruck by a margin of £2

did you get it wrong then Or Now ?

i do not care about reputation it does not help my bank account in the slightest as i don't get paid for views or clicks !

what is far more interesting is Head to head ....

you have to defend which valuation that you have done, and indeed the point of exit
as that changes with the weather

you are best described as Mr Variable ...

how is it you can value at £10

then £2

the science has expanded to counter dilution .... cant use that as an excuse
and the pipeline has seriously moved on since 2018
