Our former PM said Starmer and his bunch of socialists didn’t have a plan to combat illegal immigrants and he was right. Starmer has abandoned the Rwanda plan at great cost to the taxpayer which was the only likely thing to work as a deterrent. If you are an II and know that as soon as you land on British soil you will be sent immediately to Rwanda, are you really going to make the crossing? Just the first of many Labour disasters that 33% of voters have signed us up for. North Sea O&G shares anyone? Rant over, my apologies.

A record number of migrants has crossed the Channel in a single day since Sir Keir Starmer became Prime Minister, the Home Office disclosed on Tuesday.

Home Office figures show 427 people made the journey in seven boats on Monday, taking the provisional total for the year so far to 14,759.

More than 1,000 migrants have arrived in the UK after crossing the Channel since Labour won the election just under two weeks ago.

our Mcap is only £110 million

Scib1 alone at this coming stage showing that high level of efficacy is worth 5 times that ! as a deposit ...

its a $1.5b market and potentially double that given as an adjuvant

its all transparent .....

as explained

You cant value anything in this industry without looking at efficacy

problem we are going to have ... is Press Excitement due to the very high and predictable Efficacy rates and complete responses

you recently saw that Moderate gain by Moderna caused a quite a Stir ....

will there be a shortage of shares .... ?

Predictable .......... with a 90% probability

The rise continues currently Up 3% at 11.75p on volume of 616000. Full offer is now 12p and has just been paid on the 2 most recent trades. The mood music at SCLP is better than ever so it is difficult to understand why we are only just approaching 12p when our 52 week high is 18.29p.
It is also worth reminding ourselves of the analysts valuations:
“ The 3 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Scancell Holdings Plc have a median target of 23.00, with a high estimate of 30.00 and a low estimate of 21.00. The median estimate represents a 101.75% increase from the last price of 11.40.”

A different opinion / view -
I see the 'Dis maids' are out in force again.
However, I am watching the local farmers, having harvested the wheat and bailing the straw, now setting about mowing the pastures of hay.
As they cut the long grass, this attracts the birds of prey. to hunt anything the mowers provide.
The Kites do not follow the mower / now short grass as one might expect
But,,,natural instinct tells them to patrol the still long grass... Cos = That is where their prey will be found = legging it away from the mowing machine.
Not everyone follows the obvius
One CAN learn much from other sources.... IF ...one has an OPEN MIND
.
As *WE ALL* know, not everyone has, or is willing to CONsider the alternatives MIGHT have a VALUE

That is the nub of it, I think. If the processes can be cracked that enable the body to address and deal with cancers (and T cell production can be enhanced via vaccines), and if there is at least some element of protected IP in that, then there is an almost unbounded commercial upside.Lindy plainly thinks she is very close to proving a big chunk of this.

scancell could give modi1 to patients that fail SCIB1

The aberrant overexpression of vimentin has been linked to a more aggressive status in various tumors including melanoma (8), breast cancer (9, 10), cervical carcinoma (11), renal cell carcinoma (12), and prostate carcinoma

yes because people die of cancer after treatment .....

so all needs are unmet for some

I just checked unmet need and Scancell in a search.

It’s used liberally in references to the Scancell pipeline by Scancell and other experts.

just remember .... Modi1 .......

I know it works, because we have the t cells that prove the target

what scancell is working out is the Environment for them to thrive

if Lindy proves that up ............ its NOT ONE CANCER

its all of them ... 😎🥂🥂🥂 9346;🥂ԍ46;🥂🥂;

Just remember scancells vaccine uses T cells ...

they are not made by scancell .........

they are made by YOU

for the average person you are protected for life by them ....

Cancer is nothing more that a damaged cell that has escaped the immune system by mutation

what we are doing is restoring the balance. extremely complicated !! but as seen by SCIB1 very doable and repeatable

if its repeatable its predictable ... 90% probability

there is always the case for an unmet need ..... because as yet missing from most treatments is a majority complete response

so in Ovarian we are up against Chemo and Checkpoint as the standard of care .. but its not great !

The rennal data with Doublet checkpoint is the most crucial data, this then gives you the argument to try it in Ovarian against standard of care , bit harder to find patients as they have alternative or you treat Failed patients in the first instance a harder to treat group as resistance has already developed

Lindy has investigated Moditope T cells that have entered the cancer these are called "TIL" ... Lindy is happy with what they have discovered, talking about the TIL as an equivalence to SCIB1 potency

Thanks for the link Marcus, I do read them. In doing so I noted Mirati (acquired by BMS) has an oncology treatment going to market whilst still in phase 2.

A conditional authorisation, which for the oblivious means further evidence of safety and efficacy in phase 3, but to market early, renewable yearly.

The qualifier is an unmet need, no treatments out there, but seems to also include better than the standard of care.

In the case of Mirati conditional approval for one in the pipeline came for Non small cell lung cancer for which there are already treatments. I’ll try to find the data to see what the efficacy is v the standard of care

Modi combo.

Given that CPIs do no exist in relation to treatments for the very hard to treat ovarian cancer, then if Modi works with the combo, then potentially an unmet need situation develops.

Scib

Given its early 85% indicator, if it maintains that then it’s materially better than the standard of care and may fit the unmet need criteria.

I recall Lindy commenting about potential use for patients outside trials with trials ongoing, so she probably meant the unmet medical need point.

Thinking of the Scancell pipeline as only in use post phase 3 registration, isn’t necessarily correct, conditional approval could be in play much earlier.

Thoughts?

Technically what happened with the OTC is a spike during a time that the UK market was closed. Though generally there is correlation, spikes normalise according to volume and demand as soon as the rest of the markets open. Correspondingly, the OTC spike will normalise after the US markets open (and there is a transaction). The volume on that spike was tiny. Nothing to see here.
