you may laugh SC....
but that is not the way to run comparison trials
but a Reg Trial i suspect will be with injected nivolumab which may improve outcomes
but that is not an issue because its a random trial
both arms get the same Pd-1 |

in RCC
The trial also compared the effects of injected and infused nivolumab on kidney cancer growth. The percentage of patients whose cancer partially or completely shrank—the objective response rate—was 24% in the injection group and 18% in the infusion group.
thats a 6% variation ... |
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Opdivo Qvantig on December 27, 2024. Opdivo Qvantig is a subcutaneous injection of nivolumab and hyaluronidase-nvhy, which is used to treat solid tumors in adults. |

RE: Modi1 TrialToday 11:56 CW
The extra 4th cohort will receive iSCIB1+ via intradermal injection which is different from subcutaneous so whilst it's good to see the PD-1's moving away from administration via IV infusion, it's hard to see that being a factor in Scancell's decision to run an extra cohort.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
actually it would make the reason behind the trial a bit tricky because what ever ISCIB1 is given with currently to do a comparison it has to be equal , any slight difference between PD-1 infusion and injection could create bias
OPDIVO Qvantig is a faster way to receive OPDIVO for your fight against cancer OPDIVO Qvantig is a subcutaneous injection of OPDIVO that you can receive in 3-5 minutes.* A subcutaneous injection is an injection that is given under the skin. It is different from an intravenous (IV) infusion. |
Carefully selected patients.
this initial study only included patients with the clear cell subtype
fully resected clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC; stage III or IV) with or without ipilimumab administered adjacent to the vaccine
Toni Choueiri and Patrick Ott describe how this peptide-based vaccine was personalized to numerous neoantigens for the patients in this adjuvant setting trial.
and Patrick Ott describe a personalized cancer vaccine trial in kidney cancer that was published in Nature. All nine patients did not see their cancer recur. |
Still hiding in the shadows SCI102... Not much useful to say ? . If so...come out and play... . At least inane plays along.. |
So the way a technician would play it is as follows: Don't 'guess' where the bottom is. If one likes a little more risk...watch the technical indicators to see downward momentum waning, and phase in with smaller amounts, building up as the price moves in your favour. The more risk averse technician would wait until the downtrend is broken and price is on the way higher. Some PIs think that they have missed the boat at that point...NO. .NO...NO... Stocks always move on the same way... . Say SCLP went from 10p to 20p... At that point or sometime very soon it would give back at least 60% of the rise. That's the ideal point to join the new trend. Money is too hard won in the markets to take unnecessary RISK |
As if he understands the science, or you the technicals🤣🤣 |
It's a very risky strategy.. You're buying at lower and lower prices trying to get more bang for your buck...hoping that the ultimate 'upside' will dwarf the 'hit' your currently taking. But...you are going against the trend....you are running against the traffic and could quite easily get run over. You have no idea where the 'bottom' could be because you have no technical knowledge. The science isn't and won't help you with that one ! So you have no idea of the point where the upside is 'genuinely' bigger than the downside. . Furthermore the macro trends are negative. The small stock indices are now back peddling strongly. The NASDAQ has made probably a decade top. The good point is that the company raised funding recently....next funding will be very difficult indeed. . You have basically amplified your risk by being all in. You are in a risky place.... But you never know... |
Knowlesi .... but you understand the principle of how i invests !! and why |
Not only no comfort ..but NO use either frankly... . . We all know the answers to your little science quizzes inane. They really don't make any difference. Your investment is sliding down the plug-hole. |
I am not sure me saying SCIB1 is probably worth in excess of 100m will be of comfort to too many lol. |
"the last place on earth Lozan," - Of course,,, however,He claims that, knowing that HE CAN't move to France... so again HE twists reality. 'Normal' brits are restricted to 90 days at a time...We CAN easily ignore HIM for 90 days. Let's face it, the markets have been ignoring HIM for over 12 YEARS BUT,better still - Having a criminal record = Keeps HIM *an undesireable* |
and as for your science capability Ivy
this one post highlights perfectly what a silly little boy you are

We dont need to chat amongst ourselves as we have family and friends. It is only those sad folk who spend all day posting perhaps upward of 50 posts per day and are only interested in pontificating on about how much money they have and how clever they are when the reality is they are a thick penniless car park attendant who has a severe personality disorder. Mind you you do give us all a good laugh CUCKOO |
by the way Scancell did not break him ............ MTFB did |
nope ...
but really you should target Ivy right up your street email him on the hr every hr like you do here

Ivyspivey - 18 Nov 2024 - 21:24:31 - 14455 of 17571 Scancell - Pot of Gold or POS? - SCLP CT most of us ship hopping traders started off as long term investors here but after 10 years of delays and a rising then falling share price saw the sense of actually using the trend is your friend and actually learning. We have mainly found that a much more astute way of making money as well as just a much smoother ride than sticking our heads in the sand and listening to the utterings of £8 a share All in no risk. Nana has been peddling that message for 10 years so think it is fully understandable that we think he may have it wrong. Same with funding for 10 years he has been saying not important or relevant but any experienced Biopharma investor knows how important and relevant the matter is. |
It's 'theme' grammar school boy. . Redmile are saying they are worried about the prognosis for the NASDAQ this year .... Boy...they should be !!! . They will probably exit some big losers. . Are you likely to exit your big loser inane ? |
chat amongst yourselves ... lozan ivy and turkey
