Ged,

I came close to setting a stop loss this morning before trading had begon. Relieved I did not. Panic mode has now past.

Well done to those who have bought today. I don't have the funds to add.

Happy with my lot though.

Today could well have seen the bottom. Gaps filled, very oversold, highest volume for some time, nice intra-day reversal.

Well done to the many who have bought today.

Tried to buy some this past hour but a technical fault at the broker means I have no access to my money for 24 hours. Not the first time this has happened but why does it always happen when prices are so low? ARRRGH!

But not available, someone has to sell the stock into the market to do that and the company is far too small for most spread betting companies to offer it, unless someone can prove me wrong on that.

Shorting this from 18p to 6.5p
Even from 9.5p to 6.5p

Loads of money to be made shorting this. LOL!!!!!

Very unlikely it is short selling, would be very difficult to short a company of this size or make any real money doing it.

I think the market is just expecting a lull on news, Oman going far too slowly so no short term cash flow as previously expected and there are no buyers, hence the bid being dropped.

No fundamentals have changed other than the Oman thing being prolonged and no production can now be put into the 2018 analysis.

The people who bought at the 9p cash call must be real happy today at 6.7p???

LOL.

The stock cannot be borrowed.... just got into a death spiral as each seller plays tag with the next.
Lithium majors still have a lot of headwinds in price valuation too.

Last time it was 6p odd, we only had 9.1mt and no scoping study...... so despite value being the same, fundamentals are vastly different.

FQR,

The report is not a BLAME report. I sincerely believe that is is a warning to ALL.

Short selling is part and parcel of companies quoted on AIM that have put schedules on where and when they will reach milestones.

Todays news release from the IPCC:- Lithium and EV production are just 2 factors that hopefully will help address the catastrophic climate changes that are forecasted in the report.

There is are other areas and world government policies that require immediate change to avert these climate changes.

Get on your bike!!!!!!!

seagullsslimjim,

To jump ship losing approx 19.5% is not my thing here.

I am aware of the 9p placing are to fund Mozambique and Oman, could and will take time. How long, I have no idea......

NO TIME TO CHECK THIS OUT "Also factor in how many warrants are outstanding etc."

The time it will take for IMHO Portugal to come good, say 6ish months.

Happy with my lot and if I had spare funds I would add. Risk v reward!

Well as the saying goes.... "A long term investment is a short term investment gone wrong"

Foe me the generous warrants attached to past placings was just a bit too sweet for the privelaged few!

Reward on results isnt an AIM thing and a shame that to a certain degree it has spread to SAV

With the market cap still at £50m odd and you have to work out if that is still a bit rich for where we are at present?

Its the MC that people should really look at rather than the share price due to the recent 9p placing. Also factor in how many warrants are outstanding etc....

There doesn't appear to be any current or historical short selling. See the link Short positions daily update on this page:-

I realise there's a lot of frustration but let's curb the language. No need - just a temporary blip.

Indeed GD! It's just a waiting game here.

FQR,

For those that are fully paid up its OK. This is AIM and is cognitive in a way!

Not looked in since Tuesday and there have been 6 tweets on the website. All about lithium and EV plus a reminder of Portugal being England's oldest ally!

Also the August community newsletter is now the September newsletter albeit with some amendment!

All very interesting but what about a mining licence or two?

Agree HighlyGeared and yes due to the potential news vacuum here, then people will look elsewhere in the interim and just a reflection of AIM investors.

Charts usually become self fulfilling as thats a reflection of the standard cognitive thoughts of investors.
