Spot on Ed, with your 1124 post. And just to back you up they give more drilling results.

Have I read correctly that previous depth was 100m but now it's 600m?

With the extra drill and fully funded I don't think it will be too long before we have another update.

You may have read the results yesterday from Base. There was an interesting section on the pries of ilmenite, zircon and rutile, which we have in our joint venture with Rio in Mozambique.

Yep, some nice grades and strike lengths here. Onwards and upwards.

SAV never fails to impress. Grades are getting higher still and lots of substantial intercepts and now over 16,000m drilled. The maiden JORC was based on around 9000m of drilling so pace is fab for the drilling. REally looking forward to the next resource upgrade as the resource is thickening with better grades in this downdip extension.

Regards,
Ed.

Ged,

Significant progress for just one year and now we're looking forward to the next 12 months nearly more so. Drilling continuous, assays and upgrades to come, its relentless. Then Oman and Moz updrates have to come at some time, likely this year too. Goodness knows where this one will be this time next year. The above tweet was during a year that SAV had modest levels of funding, now raised £12.5m and got an options cash injection of another £600k. So cash mountain now to get things done.

Regards,
Ed.

No RNS but this tweet is good:-

SAV anniversary of 1st drill hole at #MinadoBarroso #Lithium with 0 tonnes start - one year on: maiden resource, 2 upgrades, 14Mt, W. Europe's largest #spodumene resource, scoping study completed, DFS underway, fully funded to FID and 2020 prodn target.

Unfortunately we have a load of placed shares at 9p so all of the placing recipients have a free option anywhere above 9p. That should be a floor.

Now what sort of a response is that from the share price

Inb,

Yes you did, he said they'll be drilling additional areas and they'll keep drilling while they keep fining the stuff. Most of the drilling will be on Grand, Reser and Noa for extension and infill, but there will be some new areas drilled too. I'm hoping we get our next reserve upgrade end of this Q and another end of next Q as that will set us up nicely for the feasibility. In the mean time updates on Oman or Moz could pop up at any time.

Regards,
Ed.

Did I hear him talking about some additional drilling elsewhere. Will have to listen through again, but if I did hear properly, I wonder if they are getting ready to expand into different areas with some of the new applications being approved - Reigoso perhaps?

Thanks IB,

Interview also on the website.

So work starts tomorrow with the usual over optimistic date for completion of 1st quarter next year.

In the meantime we can expect further resource updates. Perhaps the first one is being prepared!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&a=&v=8_2uceBLB-AInterview on today's rns.Two PFS underway by two world class companies on two first class assets in Moz and Portugal. Should be an interesting early part of next year as both final investment decisions due.And then there is Oman.....mmmmmm...for that to be up and at it by the end of this year, they will be needing some sort of go ahead in the next couple of months. It's very hot in Oman at present so I hope the air conditioning is working.

Another box ticked. Perhaps just a little later than originally planned but now it's fully funded and they've got an experienced, reputable company to do the job.

Yes Ed, plenty more to come in this second half of the year.

Interesting news, another essential step towards development in Portugal. Seems like a very experienced outfit that they've got in to do the feasibility study.

Pale,

Well with THR its one substantial and the other two quite good and a big difference on delivery. SAV lay out a plan and deliver, THR are slow on the delivery side too which has hit their price. Pilot mountain is about the same size as Portugal (about $1.4bn LOM) for SAV but then SAV's asset is due two upgrades this year. So pace and scale is much bigger/faster here. But yes both are very undervalued at present.

Ed.

Well I think we both know another stock with three substantial assets struggling to get market recognition, Ed.

I agree with you it's cheap, just the market is measly when it comes to putting its hard earned in....until it gets to a point and then it starts to roll. I truly believe this is one of the better buys in the sector.

Pale,

Moz shouldn't be free either, especially after the upcoming DFS. I think it'll catch the market totally unawares. Given the three assets here I still see this one cheap as chips at this level.

Ed.

FWIW I think the mcap is about right for the stage we are at, very roughly about a third of NPV seems to get attributed to resource stocks, some a bit higher where the visibility is good, I personally think that could and will be the case here. But it will properly re-rate upwards as news emerges and numbers upgrade and cash generation gets closer. When belief really starts to take hold the upward movement will accelerate and some of us will wonder why we didn't buy more.

Oman would give the share price a kick I think.

Errie silent on sp, no fluctuation at all, are some volumes being bought and sold by big establishments behind the scenes if the pros amongst you can see?

Ged,

Thanks for the clarification, that's that sorted then. So I guess the "in the money" options in September will also add more cash to the coffers. Its interesting when DA talks about what's funded. All these rigs working flat out and he expects 2 more resource upgrades this year. Not only does the current share price not reflect the current NPV of Portugal it certainly doesn't reflect 2 more upgrades nor Oman and Moz. Progress there may catch some of these new investors unawares. I reckon the feasibility study for Moz will be an eye opener, the scoping study was very tasty. Feasibility for Moz and eventually Portugal gives these quite explosive upside, we could be pushing for 20Mt with a big portion of that measured on the next reserve upgrade given the latest assays.

Regards,
Ed.

Bronco,

In addition to sc2000uk's post and Ed's reply:-

9th August 2017 David Archer 31 645 537 shares 20 968 255 Warrants and options.

11 111 112 warrants were due to expire yesterday so he converted them.

31 645 537 + 11 111 112 = 42 765 649 which was the figure given in yesterday's announcement.

No increase, no decrease for DA

Next expiry date is in September.
