Well Jon, you can currently BUY at 9.35 just above the placing shares!

jon, there is no way of opening this up easily to guarantee the money required. I would expect as this company continues to get better and starts to get revenue in that they will be able to do open offers to existing shareholders.

Glad I sold out at 12p.Disgusting how the favoured few have access to 9p shares and the rest are shafted! Would have lost 12K had I not sold out at 12p! Was suspicious of a placing when it was stuck at 12p making very little progress despite the brilliant RNS! Obviously shares were being sold to be replaced with the placing shares.

HG, I would of preferred a raise of 10P if it was well over subscribed but 9P not a disaster . That is one thing with ARS when they raise they squeeze every penny on a placing.

Shares tend to fall down to the placing price so expect 9p to be touched, quite annoying but exploration companies always need to raise funds occasionally. Hopefully over the next 9 months we head back above and beyond 12p area..

Well that explains the dip back from 12p for sure. I guess those that missed out from the heavily over subscribed placing will have to get those from the market and free float was already tight. Good to have multiple institutions now on board as well as continued support from our major shareholder. We're still expecting news on multiple fronts too. As DA admitted in that proactive interview yesterday they could continue drilling in Portugal for years and now they've the funds to do so.

Rather a steep discount and no opportunity for retail investors to buy through Primary Bid.
Should have been done at 10p min as institutions are being given a large discount to recent highs at the c 12p price when the placing was being arranged.
Mixed bag IMO.
But, it secures Portugal through to DFS.

I was travelling back from Portugal when this issued, I would have added otherwise and may do tomorrow. Less than 20@ new shares at the discounted price the dilution isn’t so bad and those who bought higher up will soon be back in the money imo.

This is a company that knows where it’s going, not a lifestyle vehicle, well respected management deservedly so.
