05/4/2018 08:34 | Good stuff, the share price isn't reflecting what's happening here. "...and we are on track to take the project towards an early development decision regarding a mine that we believe has the potential to be the most significant near-term lithium development in Europe..." | paleje
05/4/2018 07:49 | Great news fellas, we're now rivaling KOD in terms of grades of lith, very nice new area discovered here, again very very shallow. Low strip ration, high grades good widths intersected all pointing towards economic development. Looking forward to the JORC upgrades and the scoping study to come out this Q. All steam ahead for SAV. That'll certainly help push us towards our 17-21Mt target for Grandao. Regards, Ed. | edgein
05/4/2018 07:34 | Travelling up to Scotland today but from those results it looks like it could be a good day. Grandao extended! 1.71%. Lovely! | ged5
05/4/2018 07:23 | Yes, long intersections at good grades. Shaping up really well in Portugal. Come on Oman...! | highly geared
05/4/2018 07:06 | Some nice strike lengths and grades today. | broncowarrior
04/4/2018 15:27 | Ed, He subscribed for 2.7M. See yesterday's RNS. 2.26% are warrants with an exercise price of 6p. | ged5
04/4/2018 15:00 | 25th October 2017: "Mr. Husain Salman Ghulam Al-Lawati, a prominent Omani business person, has taken a 5% shareholding in the Company." Looks like as of today he's now at 7.28%. I guess he must have taken part in the recent placing ahead of developments in Oman. Good to see our largest shareholders supportive of any fund raising. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/4/2018 14:16 | So my info was good just the wrong week, I was shocked about the size of the raise tho. | nick9013
03/4/2018 13:07 | Bed and ISA I would have though | inbrackets
03/4/2018 11:26 | someone selling out big time | reba
03/4/2018 11:13 | I'm not sure how long this has been coming but I did e-mail this morning about the date on the PDF. That date was just before they went to Oman! My guess is results this week as mentioned earlier then a raft of news including strategic partnership. | ged5
03/4/2018 10:39 | Keeps any further dilution to the minimum. Had the share price been a little higher a similar amount may have been available from the underlying warrants. As it is, a small placing now (no costs so small discount). Hopefully this will tide over until some of the awaited news lands, Oman, Portugal and even the PFS for the longer term Moz. This has been coming for a wee while now. Should unlock the accounts and future news flow. | inbrackets
03/4/2018 10:23 | Nothing's too cynical Ged:) I too wondered about the size of the raise, smaller than last time and no sweeteners and as Bronco said why not go for more especially as it was oversubscribed. Other avenues why not. | paleje
03/4/2018 10:11 | Good point re the partner, had forgotten about that. Out Omani shareholder doesn't necessarily have clout to get permits approved, but they should have the same lingo and culture which must help. | broncowarrior
03/4/2018 09:02 | Looks like this was needed. Only about 300K left. Slightly higher price than the last 3, which were at 5.25p. Now this is out of the way we can expect Results announcement soon (maybe this week). We must be getting close to when SAV will have the opportunity to obtain funds from other avenues so perhaps that's all they needed! Now the Omanies have their cheap shares will we get the last "No objections received". Or is that too cynical? | ged5
03/4/2018 08:09 | Would have preferred they raised more to be honest, 4 or 5 million. Price is ok though. | broncowarrior
03/4/2018 08:01 | No warrants involved this time, not unhappy with that. Next one at a premium please:) | paleje
29/3/2018 16:23 | Ged, A lot of news overdue as you suggest, Oman final permit/permission and ML application could come at any time. As could the results from the pilot plant from Moz and PFS, or more assays/JV for portugal. Either one of these assets justifies the current cap. With the scope to increase to 17-21Mt of lith from the first two drilled targets things are getting more interesting by the day. First lith licence could end up being 40-60Mt or more. A large JV partner could definitely help with drilling costs, even though they have been modest to date for these shallow holes. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/3/2018 12:53 | Thanks Ed! I assumed the 80% recovery was from gravity separation leaving 20%. 70% of 20% is 14%. That's how I got the 94%. On re-reading (thanks to your comments) my assumption was wrong! However I still think the recovery will be markedly up from 80%. The JV could be the next big announcement! The race is on. Oman, Portugal or will it be stage 1 of the PFS in Moz? | ged5
28/3/2018 11:24 | Ged, The right JV on Portugal could free up a bit of cash for these guys. :) You might be a little optimistic, I would say 80-90% recovery would be fantastic on the lith. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/3/2018 10:24 | I notice EMH notified the market of 94-95% lithium recovery today. From 5th March announcement:- "using a process route combining both gravity separation and flotation that a total recovery of at least 80% at a concentrate grade of over 6% Li2O is likely to be achieved" "Preliminary tests show that over 70% of lithium not recovered by gravity can be recovered by flotation at a grade of over 6% Li2O" "Further improvements are expected as part of Phase 3 of the test work programme currently underway – with results expected in Q3 2018" By my calculations SAV should soon be reporting recovery of 94% or better. | ged5
28/3/2018 09:20 | Not yet checked how many of these options have already been exercised. Could be any one of 4 people. Another £45000 in the coffers. They'll need to find another £811000 soon once they reach 15Mt. Can't be much of the £4.1M left. | ged5
28/3/2018 07:52 | Forgot we had some bills to pay... | broncowarrior
27/3/2018 13:48 | I would have said they should have put the beginning of the strategic partnership at the beginning of the third Q if that were the case, but see your point. | broncowarrior
27/3/2018 10:01 | I think the strategic partnership is due to start 2nd quarter so I guess it could be announced any time. My interpretation is that it could be any time upto June.
