25/2/2020 14:33 | I thought he was already working with Rio in Moz? | tommygriff
25/2/2020 09:53 | probably rio tinto zinc | ukgeorge
25/2/2020 08:22 | Do a bit of research and all will be revealed. | jotoha2
25/2/2020 08:09 | Sorry who's RTZ? They a company that DA has a history with? | tommygriff
25/2/2020 07:41 | Not sure about Anglo , but I can tell you that RTZ will not work with DA , no matter how much the believers spin his skills. | jotoha2
25/2/2020 07:37 | I hate this company. | ukgeorge
24/2/2020 21:40 | I wonder if Savannah resources are on Anglo Pacific's radar. Change in strategy to cleaner metals, David archer is CEO of sav and ex Anglo director, sav have Europe?s largest lithium resource that needs a partner or funder!!! | tommygriff
24/2/2020 19:44 | I've always liked DA's character and experience myself, professional, good attention to detail, committed to high standards, perhaps cautious and risk averse etc....or so it seems. I'd rather that than some gung ho CEOs who think they're better than they are and don't take enough care over the details. ...and DA is a trained barrister. None of which means SAV will get over the line quickly, especially with hurdles like low lithium price, environmental protests in a developed country and a lithium industry still learning painful lessons from some of the first movers where impurities and recovery rates can screw up your nicely planned processing flowsheet if you're not very careful. On the plus side, we're one of the few stocks in the world that didn't go down today....ha IMHO. | busraker1
24/2/2020 19:24 | My issue with DA is that he comes over as a very nervy type , which would be fine if he was making progress with the company , but that is not the case here , time will tell if he has the skills or not . | jotoha2
24/2/2020 13:46 | ...in that time we've not had a lot of communication to go on from SAV. I'm still concluding that they are not really able to be fully open with us at the moment, for one or more reasons....I'm a long term holder. 03.01.2020 Exercise of Options and PDMR Notification 25.11.2019 Key Sponsor to Innovative Student Electric Vehicle Team 19.11.2019 New Lithium Section on Corporate Website 14.11.2019 Mina do Barroso Project Update 26.09.2019 Interim Results | busraker1
24/2/2020 13:44 | Here's the newsflow for AVZ Minerals (large lithium mine in DRC) since last September including 7 updates on metallurgical testing. They've caught and overtaken SAV and the DFS is due out end of Q1 2020. It is a much larger, higher grade beast operating in a less stable country where you can probably also do things quicker (land rights, EIA etc)....but, even so.... 17/2/2020 21:02 | Lots of unrest on the LSE site , rightly so , so much positive news around the world on the Lithium play , and our bunch of cowboys are still looking for their donkeys. | jotoha2
17/2/2020 04:37 | There is a pattern emerging here which is one of avoiding awkward questions , and a lack of positive information regarding the company and where it is going in the next few months and beyond . Is cash beginning to be an issue again ? They clearly love burning the stuff at high speed. | jotoha2
15/2/2020 22:04 | Look at the share price David , it is reflecting your performance to date !! Pull your finger out and get the job done . | jotoha2
15/2/2020 22:03 | And to keep looking at notes to answer pre determined questions is just pathetic , he should be breathing and eating this industry , he mentioned Leon Musk , now there is a man who never looks at notes , it's all in the brain David !! | jotoha2
15/2/2020 21:59 | Zero Charisma from this ceo , and certainly no time lines for the poor old investors here , is this man really up to the task required to move this company forward . | jotoha2
14/2/2020 14:28 | Yes a good review of lithium in the EV chain but where was the reassurance for mining at Mina do Barroso considering the protests? Good to hear about the investment community interested but what's needed for them to invest? Amendment of the mining licence? As Busraker has stated - an increase in mine life? Increase in resource? I'm sorry David, reasonable attempt but crucial questions avoided! | ged5
14/2/2020 14:04 | Or here:- Must have seen your post, Biopop. | ged5
14/2/2020 11:00 | paleje, the amount of money going in EV is astonishing, yes hydrogen is an alternative but the car companies in the main have chosen EV. So I think the li price (as you say) will follow. The large li producers are going up like rockets. hopefully we get some trickle down as interest grows in the sector. Tempted to add some sub 2p but then the last rights issue still makes my blood boil...and what is to stop them doing it again? | ukgeorge
14/2/2020 10:45 | Demand for lithium on the up even if price not yet following, that's according to an Alpha report which I haven't kept the link to, and it's good to see more ads on TV and media generally for EVs. But is there a 'left field' possible spanner in the works at early stage, it's bothering me ...hydrogen power. China instructed their auto makers to divert some EV attention to it last summer, haven't heard much since, but Germany has now started getting interested in hydrogen not only for vehicles but wider uses too including power station replacement. I heard a Radio4 article weeks ago where a northern (UK) road gritting company has fitted half its vehicles for hydrogen use and a bus company that was doing the same, presumably they won't be the only ones. I know big investments have been made to prepare for battery power but still a long way to go, I wonder if some big players are holding back a little with a bit of a wait and see attitude. Not doubting that EVs will multiply from here, just not so sure to what extent. | paleje
14/2/2020 09:38 | Hmmm, annoying. Hope they are progressing Moz while this is happening. | broncowarrior
14/2/2020 09:29 | Thanks Ged, I saw the email as well. The company is very frustrating, no new presentations since September doesn't help. Mining in Portugal seems like a pipe dream | ukgeorge |
