All major vehicle makers are gearing up for a massive change to EV technology , consensus is that Lithium / Copper will grow to a level which present production cannot supply , so projects like SAV will make it , how quickly will depend on the abilities of its top men , are they up to it is the only question here , Archer needs to start performing or exit .

jotoha2 - there is also the saying 'a fool and his money are soon parted'.

Definite stormm clouds on the Worlds economic horizon and any market crash will indeed restrict bank lending and as we slide back down the snake to square one in the commodity cycle.

Oman was the biggy for me and where finance didn't seem to be an issue.

For me, the gravy train alarm bells started to ring when warrants started to be attached to the inner circles placing share issues.

HG, your post 2152 would be hard to argue with.

I think we've all lost money here, at least on paper, how long to recover is the question and whilst some of the past mis-judgements are down to DA, the current macro is out of his hands. I think the only kind of news that will help the share price is robust 3rd party tie-ups where money is involved but nobody's in any rush.

It all looked different a couple of years ago, I think it will do again but it's an unpleasant wait.

Lithium and of course copper will grow in demand by something approaching 300% over the next 10 years just to cover EV technology according to latest survey by Mckinsey .

Re: Oman licences, the last RNS was around “intention to grant licenses” , so assume they’re not officially granted yet? It brings value to that asset when granted. If it had happened 18 months ago , project finance was possible but unlikely in the current climate with copper down again.

Blimey. Banks have no money? Hahahaha. Pretty simple, if 100mm of loans with an outlook of a billion of revenue then that is a good credit risk and they lend.On Moz, do you not think Rio has access to finance? Chill Winston.
