A single 21k buy today and winterfloods have upped their bid to 23.2p for 100k. They are still looking for shares as they have been for a while.

8m shares traded in 1m+ amounts yesterday and today all at the 23.15p mid-point. Are these shorts reversing? I don't know but surprised from MT's post that there were 1.66% out on loan recently.

Looks like most of the short position got taken by surprise by the announcement of Ministerial Consent for the 7E Transaction.

The latest Euroclear stock on loan report shows only a modest drop from 1.98% to 1.66%.

Some 15.3 million shares remain out on Loan with no reportable positions(greater than 0.5%)

Ultimately we are in a holding pattern pending news - once we get an update we will move higher in steps... meantime we will consolidate...

Zues - good analysis - i agree, 2020 has the potential to be a transformational year for shareholders - many of whom have remained loyal despite having their patience sorely tested over the past 2-3 years.

I'm surprised to see some PI's selling today as there still seems to be a buyer in the background. The behaviour of the MM's (Wins in particular) is all about trying to persuade PI's to sell as they need the shares. I posted a while back that I don't see a conventional retrace coming here given the sticky hands of PI's who have gone through a lot of pain to get here and who know the value of SAVP. MOre likely we will see some minor moves here and there in an uptrend which could accelerate if buyers increase the volume they seek prior to final closure of 7E.

The share price has pushed strongly through the 200 DMA for the first time in 9 months - and is still circa 20% below the last II placing price.

I think its a fair bet there is a considerable number of PI's with averages well below that of a quality group of Institutional Investors - the top 10 of whom hold over 60%.
