Spud May 8th. That’s 23 days of May plus 5 days of June - 28 days into a 30/35 day drill. Assuming Great Wall are on schedule- up to now they have been very effective and drilled quickly and efficiently. I would hope that they should be near to sniffing
distance very soon, if not already seeing shows. Assuming best case....
Then Nigerian production, and the finalisation of this excruciatingly long period this deal has taken.in my opinion obviously...

Bushiya-1, was spudded on 31 March 2018. The well was drilled by Rig GW 215 to a total measured depth of 2,200 metres, and encountered the main objective intervals at, or near, their prognosed depths. The well took a total of 16 days to reach target depth, and all operations are expected to be completed within 25 days of spud (versus an original expectation of approximately 35 days). Well costs are therefore expected to be under budget. Drilling conditions were benign with no significant geological or drilling hazards encountered.

Amdigh-1, was spudded on 6 May 2018. Drilling is expected to take c.30-35 days, using Rig GW-215, and the well design is deviated to reach all desired sub-surface objectives. It is planned to be drilled to a total depth of 2,576 metres. The Company plans to log all prospective sections within the well, with further logging employed for hydrocarbon bearing sections.

Amdigh-1 can be expected from tommorrow onwards, assuming no significant geological or drilling hazards encountered. Most likely next week given the extra depth compared to Bushiya-1. Hopefully the selling has nothing to do with possible current logging on Amdigh-1.
