15/5/2018 05:04 | I attended Andrew Knotts’ presentation which was certainly impressive. In a nutshell : the 7E deal I suggest looks to be highly lucrative, Niger sees the compelling, drilling campaign now well underway.. The SAVP team have played, also IMHO, a blinder in both countries. Malcy was there in fine good form ; we should see a detailed write up in his blog today. Overall, 100. %. Please DYOR. | bushman1

Relative newcomer here so no complaining, it’s been a weary ride for those suspended The deal is good in theory . Most shares are in issue and half a warrant is attached to each placing share excersisable at 35p for a 12 month period from feb/18 | rampair
14/5/2018 19:16 | Hello, anyone can tell me what will be the fully diluted share count here giving effect to warrants and/or options issued ? Be nice if someone wants to give a brief breakdown on the investment thesis here as well, kind of exausted after spending many days looking for good O&G stocks everywhere, could use some pointers here :). Im long SEPL and ELA and looking into LEK and SAVP.I do understand besides SEPL LEK Savanah and Eland, the other Nigerian UK listed one is SanLeon (which is too much for my stomach) and that´s it, is that correct? Back in the day i made a killing on Mart Resources traded in Canada so looking for the next Mart-like story. Go oil, go Nigeria ! | cartonet

09/5/2018 13:21 | Re oil price Looking at the update in Feb re Uquo oil and Stubb Creek oil = circa 700 bopd net from both fields. Near term operational plans are to complete the Uquo-9 oil well (which was drilled in 2014) and a 11km pipeline to deliver 1800 bopd. (I think we may get all the 1800 bopd for now under the current terms). "The Uquo NE discovery well, Uquo-9, is currently suspended, but is planned to be completed as an oil producer in the D1.6 sand during 2018. Over 7 MMstb of 2P Reserves have been assigned to the Uquo NE area in the D1.6 sand, with a upside potential designated as Contingent Resources in the deeper D7.0 sand, which will require additional drilling." "It is anticipated that in 2018 that the existing Stubb Creek EPF will be debottlenecked, to increase oil production capacity to c.5 kbopd (against current gross production of 2760 bopd). "Production is expected to increase to 4,650 bopd by Q4 2018" "Seven Energy is currently forecasting the debottlenecking to be complete by September 2018, including the drilling of a second water injection well." | zengas
09/5/2018 12:29 | As with Bushiya-1, the well is designed to evaluate potential oil pay in the Eocene Sokor Alternances as the primary target, with the secondary target of potential oil pay in the Eocene Upper Sokor being considered as upside. Savannah’s competent person, CGG Robertson (“CGG”), has assessed total mean unrisked recoverable resources at Amdigh of 39 mmbbls. Drilling is expected to take c.30-35 days, using Rig GW-215, and the well design is deviated to reach all desired sub-surface objectives. It is planned to be drilled to a total depth of 2,576 metres. The Company plans to log all prospective sections within the well, with further logging employed for hydrocarbon bearing sections. In the success case, the well will be suspended for future re-entry and further evaluation, which could include well testing and completion using a dedicated testing/workover rig. | bushman1
09/5/2018 12:26 | With the oil price increasing, will this mean Savannah will get a higher price for the oil it sales in Nigeria; or are the sales on a fixed price contract?Anyone knowThanks | beergut |
