Appreciate the 20 21 confusion. But I can only see John as a buyer since 2007 and Tim selling half of his last option. Maybe I should write their RNSs and get 2022 confused with 2026.

Criticalthinker1 which year are you talking about. Peel hunt were announced end of October 21 and in early Nov Tim and John exercised some option they had been awarded in 2012. They sold them ALL not half. They did the same the year before. If you had been with Sareum then you would have remembered the arguments about the wording of the RNS which was proved as just Sareum speak.

Still find it interesting that Tim took his options 19th October and sold exactly half and then 10 days later PH come on board.Just interesting re the comment in the RNS of options for those who did introductions.

Putting it out there. Is tomorrow the last day for this to hit £3.50 in order for this warrant to become exercised? Probably wrong but appreciate responses.

The warrants have an exercise price of 5p per share, with exercise being conditional on the shares having traded at or above 7p for five consecutive days, and a subscription period that ends on 31 May 2022.

Hi barkboo. Following on worthy discussion I'd like to add that Dr Robert Malone was just interviewed on GB news and discussed the rats disembarking an African freight ship and infecting prarie dogs with monkeypox. I was extraordinalarily going to post this re my comment on zoonotic which Thoth raised the lid on. I hope people can see one of my earlier posts about cytokine storms being relevant in monkey pox and how what our ipr has to offer regards immunocompromisation and the positive affect they have.

Norna/Henry. Hi. Not sure what is your reason to be negative against me. But each to their own. Like to think I give informative and posts worthy of discussion. I'm very careful to ensure my posts are correct re peer reviewd organisations.
I'm thinking this is going to be interesting this week given the trading and requirements for a TR1.
PS THE TWEETS from Sareum recently re various things are not just publically posted for a whim. A NED can speak more than a BOD.

Oh my. Look at the unknowns and buys at GSK. WOW! Looking at the trading at Sareum I'm seeing £50k purchases by someone or institutions everyday. Looks like 737 will get some attention if the Sierra deal goes through.

Objectives: Much of our understanding about the immune response to orthopoxvirus infection comes from either in vitro or in vivo studies performed in small animals or non-human primates. Here, we conducted a detailed assessment of cytokine responses to monkeypox virus using serum from acutely ill humans collected during monkeypox active disease surveillance (2005-2007) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Study design: Nineteen serum samples that were from patients with confirmed monkeypox virus infections were selected for cytokine profiling. Cytokine profiling was performed on the Bio-Rad Bioplex 100 system using a 30-plex human cytokine panel.

Results: Cytokine profiling revealed elevated cytokine concentrations in all samples. Overproduction of certain cytokines (interleukin [IL]-2R, IL-10, and granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor were observed in patients with serious disease (defined as >250 lesions based on the World Health Organization scoring system).

Conclusions: The data suggest that cytokine modulation affects monkeypox disease severity in humans.
I think this is very noteable.

Hi Norma. When you go to make an offer to buy a company, possibly due to momentum progressing a 'third party becomes a partner indirectly due to ... what to what ipr is within their pipeline (I respect we have no say due to CRUK re 737 but they now can have discussions with us on the quiet re our ipr and thoughts on 737 progression. you buy the primary party but have access via NDAs to discuss all ipr. That will include flt3. Don't underestimate that as it was reported that the findings re the Chinese lease was positive and sareum would follow it up. Its in the RNSs. And AZ had links to flt3 in China.And I'm sure you are well read re AZs news drop this week re asthma and respiratory progress.

Pyroptosis is induced after abortive HIV infection of CD4+ T cells,199 whereby the presence of HIV after cell-to-cell spread is sensed, inducing the formation of an inflammasome that ultimately triggers cell death via caspase-1 and release of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β.
In a nut shell just consider if/why human immune systems have been immunocompromised recently. Consider why certain ailments are becoming more apparent. Now consider why any introduction of uracil which attacks tyrosine (thymine was its old name)into DNA may have a detrimental impact!
Well the issue is that cytosine naturally degrades and becomes a toxin in our bodies, Hence 'cytokine storms and cytotoxicity! However if tyrosine was still there it would be removed. So if it isn't then what happens. Well spike proteins can move to organs and become toxic. This was proved by B. Lakeland in a study in Japan or Israel. Which is now getting media attention and law cases against certain new treatments... so that's it. Just a heads up and a reason I'm invested here. The ipr and patents and recent patent upgrades is not because the BOD are bored.

I personally couldn’t give a toss about Aurora FLT3. It’s nothing to do with our current share price and I doubt it has anything to do with our future share price
