What's nonsense Henry? Please explain your self affirmed opinion on goodness knows what it is you warble on about. Why are you here? Are you actually invested in Sareum? I will bet you a month's of my silence on here if you do the same and it depends on if I'm wrong we get significant updates this June re Agile et al and 737 in July. if I'm right will you wind your neck in and just apologise? In respect if I'm wrong you will not hear from me for a month from 20th July. ;-) wink wink

I think sometimes being 'steady' and a 'critical thinker' is a positive. Listen to all sides,I don't dismiss if posts are thoughtful and relevant and thus I give due process of consideration. I mean discussion could even end up on spanish flu and vaccinations and population movements. I do believe in Sareum and the BODs. We had a fair in our village yesterday and our garden is used for cream teas and cakes. Atleast 1000 people entered our garden for refreshments. It was great. I was on hot water duty to fill the urns. It was manic. One of the volunteers, a young mum had her young daughter (about 3 years) with her. I asked why was she limping. She said she has arthritis and had just had an injection that morning. My heart melted. That's part of the reason I'm here. I'm hoping we can help people of all ages with our board working on the science to help people. Best regards CT

I also suspect "steady" is a ephemism for "unsteady". Common pychiatric term i understand.

Seems the ranter dosnt like to discuss or debate what the knowns of Sareum are re ipr and patents. Its almost as if a couple posters from here have set up new accounts on lse as they are aware their jig is up. If news drops next week then a couple on here should be a bit nervous imo. CT

Great news MrsApeslaptop - I know what the mind does to you personally, been there and still are there to a certain extent.

Whilst we are all brave on the outside...we all love life and those closest to us - may yours continue many years!

Silver ADVFN is a public carpark not a private driveway. So Henry just ridiculing my posts with absolutely nothing substantive or informative to justify his 'opinion' is effectively to derogatise them and that is effectively disruptive, continuously. It's all in the terms of agreement when joining ADVFN. Quite why he is saying SRA737 is a sideshow is beyond me given the BODS increasing noteable nods in their RNSs for quite some time prior to GSK bid for SO. Time will tell and hopefully egg will be on some faces. Atleast everything posted on here can be recorded for posterity and future review. Kind regards CT

" A thought for the coming bank holidays. GSK have signed over Rilapladip to a start-up now underway by their former R&D head in Shanghai. Intriguing that someone has taken a 'failed' pathway and sees something that others don't. Remind you of a company beginning with S and ending in a? Anyway, the potential has switched from heart drugs to Alzheimer's and the newco is looking at Lp-PLA2 as a possible treatment for the latter. Meanwhile GSK have held onto the original Lp-PLA2 (Darapladib). Alzheimer's is a currently a big market - currently $5bn - but the money is in the pipeline. In just the US the number of people suffering from Alzheimer's is predicted to almost triple by 2050. On that basis we could see the market increase to over $20bn by 2050 allowing for inflation and increased therapeutics. In fact I'd probably say that's a serious underestimate. My limited view is that as with cancer the route forward will involve combo's. Looking at Alzheimer's you don't have to travel far to find that the STAT3 pathway has been identified as a player in the condition and that activation of the STAT3 pathway leads to neuronal death. So a STAT3 inhibitor like TYK2 now becomes a factor in the treatment. Hopefully someone in GSK or the newco (SciNeuro) is joining up the dots. If not then the SAR BoD need to widen their conversations. I may be wildly out on the science but stranger things have happened. Given the dreadful condition that Alzheimer's is, I'd love to see us play a role in its treatment. GLA"

Lego have released a new Optimus Prime set. You can extract the letters from that kit to spell ‘Sareum are getting bought out for 6 billion’.

Brad Pitt is a Lego fan. As a leading actor his films have grossed circa 6 billion.

Join up the dots. Brad Pitt is buying Sareum for circa 6bn. Criticalstinker1 told me whilst he was knitting a squirrel with DD jugs.
