04/7/2020 08:56 | The final funding piece is the only thing that matters with this stock in my view. Can't see why it wouldn't re-rate higher, all else equal. | 1234gold
04/7/2020 07:35 | I'm not here to disturb your peace lolI be just seen so many of these next big things not happenI have a good feeling this will and will watch closely. | richardjohn10
04/7/2020 07:23 | It's the main risk imv so the price is likely to go up once sorted but it's hard to predict. I don't see construction as a big risk so once finance is sorted and with offtake agreements in place cashflow is not far away. | homebrewruss
04/7/2020 06:46 | Is the gaining of the debt facility built into the current share price or you think it will spike on news? | richardjohn10
04/7/2020 06:38 | I'm assuming the debt funding will be ok. What they probably should have done is raised more via placing at the start of the year to give them a buffer in case of any debt funding delays. Would have meant less dilution too. Easy to say with hindsight of course! | homebrewruss
03/7/2020 23:43 | Good point RJ 10... I like this stock and do own a few - but without the debt funding they have nothing. | 1234gold
03/7/2020 19:57 | I don't believe anything they say until it's in an RNS. I seen it all with Sirius and look how that panned out. | richardjohn10
03/7/2020 19:47 | It's not enough of a fallback though. If you believe the CEO/interviews it's just to ensure they can keep production and construction on track whilst awaiting the final 2 banks to sign. Would they have got this fundraise away unless the debt financing was pretty much sewn up? | homebrewruss
03/7/2020 19:38 | I'm bit suspicious of why they raised now if funding is due anytime.Possible fall back IF funding doesn't happen? | richardjohn10
03/7/2020 18:54 | Where did you get this info from by the way? Just out of interest | kwabster2
03/7/2020 11:53 | Good interviewVery positive | richardjohn10

03/7/2020 07:53 | They are not producing anything | richardjohn10
03/7/2020 07:32 | No, that is a ill informed and irrational view. Please state detailed reasoning | longtermgains
02/7/2020 20:30 | Anyone else think the MCAP is currently way too high? | richardjohn10
02/7/2020 19:46 | All sounds reasonable from the podcast: - spending lots of cash at the moment to continue construction ramp up - 2 of 4 banks sorted, other 2 presenting to their board next week - money raised today will come off the amount they were looking to raise via debt (as I had presumed/hoped) | homebrewruss
02/7/2020 17:50 | SO4 on the vox podcast again today (not listened yet) | homebrewruss
02/7/2020 09:27 | Thanks lenses, good find. I've just had a look at the hot copper thread too. Let's hope the timeline from Table 1-1 holds. | homebrewruss
02/7/2020 09:07 | Hi Russ: "Not sure what's holding up the debt financing.." It may be the need for an environmental permission and that the lenders won't commit until SLP gain this clearance? This trawled from HC: hxxps://www.epa.wa.g and submitted Scoping doc from SLP: hxxps://www.epa.wa.g Detail of issues in sec 3. Sec 1.3 gives 'agreed' timeline: "Table 1-1: Assessment timetable Key assessment milestone----------- EPA approves Environmental Scoping Document------------ SO4 submits first draft of Environmental Review Document (ERD)--------22May20 EPA provides comment on first draft of ERD (6 weeks from receipt of ERD)--03 July2020 SO4 submits revised ERD----------------- EPA prepares draft assessment report and completes assessment---------- EPA finalises assessment report and presents report to the Minister (6weeks from completion of assessment)---18 September 2020 " Today's 15m means no delay to the build. Looking good AISI. Best. L. | lenses
02/7/2020 07:07 | Slightly annoying to get another raise but it's relatively small and I guess they want/need to crack on with construction. Not sure what's holding up the debt financing but hopefully this raise will be the last until that's sorted. | homebrewruss
18/6/2020 09:45 | New proactive interview: 'Salt Lake Potash CEO and chairman get go-ahead to take part in A$20 million placement' | homebrewruss
17/6/2020 08:51 | Get financing over the line and it looks like ready to pop. | 1234gold |
