28/10/2020 14:44 | DD, Actually, you asked if I was "going long". [3299] Admittedly I didn't reply directly (I'd not expect you to answer a similar question, after all) however you might consider, from what I'd already wrote, that I had no position either way. Other than that if you reappraise and reflect you may understand that my posts are the balance. There are still considerable risks here. | glavey
28/10/2020 14:08 | For the record, I'm holding because this is worth more providing all goes to plan, if it doesn't I'm realistic enough to know I could still lose money (am currently down now).Sir Roger buying in at the amount he did was one of the major reasons for me to buy, combined with the alleged 33p offer (495p equivalent now). I'm pragmatic though, this could easily fall lower and although the offer was rejected, would it be rejected today?, or at a lower price?......who knows. This is a highly speculative play, trying to pretend otherwise is foolish beyond belief IMO. | discodave45
28/10/2020 13:59 | CCCan see you have posted to me but you are filtered so can't see the content, no doubt just banging on about this going to £15 or £20 or whatever.Would hold some merit if you supported your ramps with some details on how you think this is worth what you say, simply posting numbers is meaningless........h | discodave45
28/10/2020 13:52 | The insurance side will also improve and the underwriting side is already doing well. Obviously once the travel side resumes in early 2021 the value will rocket. And there is now RdH back onboard and putting in £100m of his own money, which signals he believes in the turnaround. It's the coming turnaround that is the whole point. | city chappy
28/10/2020 13:41 | Cash £36mCash burn £6m to £8m per month. If they don't sail in Feb/March what then?.If they do sail £40m EBITDA per ship per annum. That's the gamble here, any fool can keep throwing up £15 or £20 but if they can't support with any detail then it's no difference to someone posting 50p.Just posting up share price forecasts is meaningless, doesn't move the share price and has zero validity. | discodave45
28/10/2020 13:40 | [3351] "The promising outlook now for SAGA speaks for itself." Tewkesbury, in which case you've no need to post anything. :-) | glavey
28/10/2020 13:36 | So get as many as you can now imo. | city chappy
28/10/2020 13:34 | Some context: At pixel: FTSE 350 -2.22%, SAGA -4.11% Let's have a look at what's in the news today: "Carnival PLC Princess Cruises Announces Extension of Pause" Due to the uncertainty about when international travel restrictions might be lifted, Princess Cruises is extending its pause in operations for cruises departing from Australia and New Zealand through May 31, 2021. | glavey
28/10/2020 13:34 | Also Roger de Haan back on the board and unvested £100m of his own money in the fund raise, at a premium to the current price (adjusted for the consolidation). That is a huge vote of confidence. Not like a director who just puts in £1000 but a whole £100m. You have to give that serious weight. | city chappy
28/10/2020 13:30 | Look through the heading information, some of which was supplied by me, and you will understand why this is such a good recovery play.SAGA set to rocket on expectation of the cruises and other parts of the travel business resuming in the new year. Don't miss the boat, so speak. Next port of call £15. | city chappy
28/10/2020 13:30 | Mmmmm, Dow futures down 622. Does not bode well me thinks.... | boraki
28/10/2020 13:26 | So explain how/why this is going to £20 and why it could also go lower. That would be balanced information not the garbage that city chappy posts telling everyone to buy on the back of absolutely zero. | discodave45
28/10/2020 13:17 | SAGA an easy 10x bagger from here. £15 to £20 target. | city chappy
28/10/2020 13:11 | You don't get balance by posting deramps that are themselves flawed. Truth is the positive comments are spot on. | tell sid
28/10/2020 12:31 | So I'm assuming as a holder that balanced views are no longer allowed, only clueless £15, £20, £30 etc, posts from the biggest ramper on here, namely city chappy.........unbel | discodave45
28/10/2020 12:20 | Nice header information. | tell sid
28/10/2020 12:13 | This is holding up well today, considering ftse dropping and dow futures dropping. A good sign,, me thinks | boraki
28/10/2020 11:32 | Roger de Haan back at the helm and invested £100m if his own money. Debt reduced, insurance side doing well, cruises resuming early 2021 and the Oxford vacccine works 'perfectly' and 'builds strong immunity'. SAGA return to £15 to £20 near term. Get as many as you can. | city chappy
28/10/2020 11:26 | Brilliant, thanks sharetalk. | city chappy
28/10/2020 10:40 | New thread as requested city chappy. | sharetalk
28/10/2020 09:54 | I'll ask ST to create a new moderated thread and give him some links and info - on which the derampers cannot write. | city chappy
28/10/2020 09:51 | Only my second ever post after buying in this week. Hardly ramping. The promising outlook now for SAGA speaks for itself. | tewkesbury
28/10/2020 09:13 | More continued ramping from a couple of idiots on here. You make yourselves look increasingly stupid with your comments. Does amuse me though. The term muppets springs to mind | antonagis |
