01/10/2018 08:13 | The Unions wont destroy Ryanair the management will. They have already. Treat your employees like scum, reap the rewards. Down this baby goes. Well done MOL. | calabrian
26/9/2018 04:53 | The unions will destroy Ryanair's profitability in the same way that the unions destroyed the UK car industry in the 1970's. It's what left-wing political organisations do. They infect a body and consume it from within. Call it Entryism. UNITE is led by Len McCluskey. This person is an unreconstructed Stalinist and drips hate and vengeance. His thirst for control and power over the companies that allow this union into their companies is unquenchable. A grotesque The unions used to have a role to play. Now they're mere parasitic, political vested interests | gersemi
26/9/2018 00:28 | The Ryanair model is getting broken, letting in the unions was the thin edge of the wedge and now they are ending up with the same nightmare problems IAG have, without the pension issues (yet). I think they were over confident they could contain it....throw in a rapidly escalating oil price and brexit basket case UK and these could be back down to sub 10 before xmas. | porsche1945
24/9/2018 17:59 | Anyone have a current TA view?, Thanks. | essentialinvestor

10/9/2018 22:36 | Poor summer? In what way?Profits apparently down 15%, rising labour costs, rising fuel costs, no deal brexit on the way and European unions said Friday that unless they reform the business model they will carry out a strike at the end of this month the likes of Ryanair have never seen before. The good days could be over for Mikey.Ps - anyone know how much is left in the buyback? | bonovox4
10/9/2018 15:17 | 3 yr low is 10-11 Euro. Poor summer and now a strange amendment to their baggage policy. 10 euros wouldnt surprise me. | calabrian

25/8/2018 06:49 | The new policy will apply for all flights from 1 November. But anyone with bookings from November onwards can either accept the new policy or cancel for a full refund. Passengers who want to bring a wheelie-bag weighing no more than 10kg must pay £6 for priority boarding, which will allow them to bring it on board, or £8 to check it in. Ryanair insists the move is not aimed to make more money, but purely to improve timekeeping. Oh sure I believe that. Of course it will make money. Don't understand how it can make a difference to timekeeping as it seems to me that there is always a significant gap in time between everyone boarding and roll back. Also its unfair to penalise people who booked in advance. A refund is no good because people are often committed to travel arrangements. They should have brought the new system in when the new booking period is brought in. | amt
23/8/2018 09:44 | Think the market may have misunderstood what the unions winning means for the future of Ryanair.Ryan's model relies on passive, powerless pilots.I think Ryan is now doomed. | sweyn
