The thing I struggle with is that on $76m of revenue they have $74m cost of sales. I mean where the f is the money going? That is a margin of less than 2% on oil and gas sales ffs. It is hardly worth the company existing if that is all they can manage.

In effect unless this company can obtain finance she is dead in the water. In other words they are bankrupt and we are now seeing the final embers flicker out.Buying this now is for the really brave gambler.

i think this is a game changer and with 45 million short to close, think we could see a big spike in blink of an eye, have i got 45 million shorts right?

-- In order to monetize its newly discovered gas reserves, the Company has signed an "Agreement of Intent" to supply OJSC Fortum with dry gas for eight years with a sales value of up to US$700 million from the second half of 2014. OJSC Fortum, a subsidiary of a leading Finland based electricity generator, is an electricity utility with a 1,200 MW power plant in Nyagan (which is 100km north of Ruspetro's field). The Company is designing a gas processing plant with a sales pipeline and is in discussions with third parties as to the required project financing for this plant.

I note that Lamprell has been fined by the FSA for misleading the market. i think I will contact the FSA and see if an exemplary fine can be made on this company for the same. As the company doesn't have any spare cash I'm sure the Chairman would be more than pleased to dip into his tens of millions to pay any such fine. It might help focus his mind a bit that this is not some big game.

Because I am interested to see how it plays out. Once they have fund raised or rescheduled the debt then some value may come into the equity.

Total liabilities $528m.

Since I believe this dwarfs the assets, the equity is worthless.

Gordon Brown and Ed Balls acting as financial advisors?
The brokers which floated this should resign, having handed back their fees.

Hi All

I'm sure you've all heard the saying that no share goes up in a straight line. The same can be said for the reverse and every now and then there may be a pause, change or bounce of direction. imo the share price will do the latter and will be looking at 45p before profittaking kicks in.

Good luck to all that decided to hold till now!!

RPO have Cypriot companies in their group structure. What proportion of their cash are they holding in Cyprus? I hope it's not too much. The "one-off" Cypriot deposits tax is 9.9% on deposits above EUR 100,000.
