I contacted the company & got what i deem to be a positive response.

worryingly another share i was looking at TALV, which like RPO is being heavily shorted got smashed today.

Article mentions that a Lukoil manager thinks the tax reform may happen in H2 2013 and that some are hoping for the reform as soon as next month.
