31/8/2011 14:53 | Why the patronising attitude? I can't short these. I certainly wouldn't want to attempt to push the price down to invest in such an over-valued non-trading failure of a company. You mentioned to read the previous RNS's. I have done so, and they say the company has sold it's trading operation for £150k. Sold on the cheap because they couldn't make it profitable. They say the company had £22k of cash in Dec 10, plus £150k from sale.......... (basically as I mentioned in my 1st posting). They now have approx £0 - £50,000 to invest. They must find a suitable investment within a short time-frame to satisfy AIM rules otherwise they will be forcefully delisted. With many other better RTO options on the market (in terms of cash in hand balances, with actual trading activities, profitable successful companies) I can't see any hope for these. I think anyone looking on here will see the game here. Small cap. Few shares in issue. Try to push the price up and suck in mugs to spend £10 to receive £1 worth of cash (at best) which hasn't yet been invested in anything. Will pop back in a few months and see where things are. I'll be happy to put up my hands if the shares are up. Let's see if you do the same if they're down? | ![]() bozzy_s

30/8/2011 16:40 | Can't answer why someone would pay £10 for a £1 coin. Probably looking to take advantage of illiquidity in the stock for a quick buck. Would be quite odd to invest in this non-trading company on fundamentals alone! | ![]() bozzy_s
30/8/2011 16:16 | so why did someone buy 350k shares in this today???lol mm's short and need a few lossened out??? | ![]() comedy
30/8/2011 15:57 | Quite a storm more like! Not clear how much cash the company has to invest. £26k balance at last results (Dec 10), less trading losses since then (est -£80k), plus £140k from sale of business (minus associated costs/intercompany loans etc). It would appear they have considerably less than £50k to spend. Probably closer to zero I would guess. Against a market valuation of £400k. Seems exceptionally overpriced. | ![]() bozzy_s
26/8/2011 10:11 | well took more this morning...the last set of rns show we are in quite before storm??? but someone took 250k in july. | ![]() comedy

12/7/2011 09:20 | success of the dividend payement in shares - SPLIT The dividend payment in shares option captured the interest of a majority of Rubis' shareholders: 73.02% of rights were exercised in favour of a payment in shares. In light of this very high rate of distribution of shares for this dividend payment, 449,872 shares will be created, together with 78,139 shares resulting from the managing partners' decision to reinvest their compensation in shares, making for a total of 528,011 new shares (representing 3.48% of the new capital after the increase). All 528,011 shares were delivered and admitted for trading on Euronext Paris on 8 July 2011. 10/5/2011 11:55 | Thanks! I just came here to have a look, as I seen your post on the CR thread, and I remembered you were invested in MVC anyway tomboyb best of luck with your investment here and the rest of your portfolio. | r1zza
10/5/2011 11:47 | To be absolutely fair R1zza - i have not kept uptodate with ORE - So i don't know the progression, how it has progressed but we clearly know Gold prices are going through the roof with all the money printing. So gl with your holdings. | ![]() tomboyb
10/5/2011 11:40 | I thought perhaps you may have prematurely sold out too soon, but you seem to have good reason. Don't forget it was formerly known as MVC, now as Orogen Gold it is a completely transformed and new company altogether imo | r1zza
10/5/2011 11:31 | I would not bother with MVC - The dilutionary effects were too great for that stock. It may come good over time but not one for me at this stage. dyor et al. | ![]() tomboyb

| enia
