06/6/2018 09:50 | Thanks for the update davidosh. The AGM update was certainly very positive. I can't see any particular news on the smart metering front as regards RTC's contract with SSE - are you aware of anything in particular or are you just asking generally? | rivaldo
05/6/2018 17:52 | At a guess, btfd = buy the effing dip? | speedsgh
05/6/2018 17:03 | Fozzie...What is a btfd opportunity ? SteMiS...ongoing but looking positive. Rivaldo....Build up in Afghanistan will mean additional civilian staff and security personnel needed and GSS are in the right place for that. I have a feeling the interim results next month will be strong as the Agm and statement was positive and things have continued in the right direction for them. Does anyone follow news on smart metering ? | davidosh
05/6/2018 08:42 | Looks very likely that I will get another btfd opportunity in the not too distant future here 😥 Come on RTC get your finger out! | fozzie
18/5/2018 10:08 | Did anything come of the AGM wrt directors' remuneration/options | stemis

23/4/2018 15:15 | Excellent stuff, david. Many thanks for your efforts. | speedsgh
23/4/2018 13:37 | Well done David. | tiswas
23/4/2018 13:12 | A report on the Agm should be on the ShareSoc website in the Agm library shortly. It is pretty clear from the Agm voting result RNS that the only votes FOR the remuneration were from the directors receiving the benefit. I will be meeting with the chairman in early May as this has to now change. | davidosh
19/4/2018 05:55 | Cyber - you won’t have to look far for the answer! | the big fella
18/4/2018 23:06 | Just looking in here after a tip. I know very little about the company but was attracted by the seemingly low PE ratio.Having had a look at the latest accounts they look OK, nothing more. The big thing that I noticed was the administration expenses, which seems very high for a company this size. Can anyone shed any light? Will look back over the thread in the next day or two.Cheers. | cyberbub
18/4/2018 22:11 | Just seen the AGM result. A pretty significant revolt but unfortunately not enough to block the important resolutions. Might make the BOD think twice though. But I wouldn't bet on it. | arthur_lame_stocks
18/4/2018 20:11 | A significant wake up call. | the big fella
18/4/2018 19:43 | Yep. Anyone able to report back from the AGM? | rivaldo
18/4/2018 19:31 | So resolutions 2, 7 and 8 are passed but with a substantial vote against which at the very least must be a shot across the bow for directors. 2 3,818,152 62.35 2,305,410 37.65 7 3,952,421 65.56 2,076,631 34.44 8 4,030,081 66.84 1,998,971 33.16 | fozzie |
