18/4/2018 09:02 | Indeed - hopefully today's 500k means the clearance of an overhang. | rivaldo
18/4/2018 08:40 | Also I would have thought we are due some large holding RNS's given the 2 lots of 500k gone through recently. | the big fella
18/4/2018 08:29 | Indeed short and sweet. Hopefully those in attendance may be able to put a bit more meat on the bones. | the big fella
18/4/2018 08:01 | Yes rivaldo strong update I'm happy to have got a few more on the recent lows :-) | cheshire man
18/4/2018 07:24 | Short but rather sweet AGM update which should be well received by the market. Now for the AGM itself.... "I am pleased to report that the Group has traded well since the publication of the 2017 results in February and we continue to experience a strong demand from both new and existing customers. The Board is confident of the trading prospects of the Company in the current financial year." | rivaldo
17/4/2018 18:53 | Very small holding relative to others but also instructed iweb to vote against resolution 2 on my behalf Monday morning | 3500sr
16/4/2018 16:41 | Sorry, missed a lot of the chatter but have also ensured that I’ve voted against. Unfortunately now hold just under 1% of the equity following top slice @59p on results day. Kind regards, GHF | glasshalfull
16/4/2018 15:18 | Only hold 22000 but have voted by proxy against reolution 2 | wednesday6
16/4/2018 13:55 | David Unfortunately I am away at the moment hence my vote via proxy. | the big fella
16/4/2018 13:44 | "Personally my view is that directors should not be able to vote on something that they are the only beneficiaries of ie their own remuneration or LTIP." Couldn't agree more. It does rather make the vote on their remuneration/LTIP a pointless exercise if the beneficiaries of the remuneration/LTIP proposal can vote it through without anyone else's support. Legislation definitely required in this area but I won't be holding my breath. | speedsgh
16/4/2018 12:41 | Deadline is 6pm tonight I believe. I will be voting in the room and asking for a poll. It would be very interesting if only the directors voting for their own remuneration which without the awareness of the posters here would probably have carried them through. Personally my view is that directors should not be able to vote on something that they are the only beneficiaries of ie their own remuneration or LTIP. Any thoughts ? How many of you are coming on Wednesday ? | davidosh
16/4/2018 10:19 | I only have a handful but I've voted against res 2,7 and 8 though I might have missed the deadline. | wjccghcc
16/4/2018 09:42 | must be a squeeze here sub 9k buy paying 56.5p when 52-55p | dave4545
11/4/2018 16:58 | Well done everyone making the effort as it is a poor nominee system that often disenfranchises holders and prevents them doing what is needed to lodge their vote.Do contact your broker and ask what is required because votes have to be lodged by 6pm on Monday if you are not attending the meeting next Wednesday. If you come along you can vote in person on the day. I am also going to vote against the resolution allowing the board to issue shares as frankly they are using them all up paying out the LTIP. | davidosh
11/4/2018 16:46 | 9 mil shares in issue so that 500k is actually massive, around 5.5% of the company. | dave4545
11/4/2018 16:46 | Hi Fozzie, can you tell me how you did this? I also have a holding with iweb. Thanks | 3500sr
11/4/2018 16:39 | Hi David, 24,000 held by me and i have instructed iweb to vote against res 2. | fozzie
11/4/2018 16:13 | 500k trade at 53p do not see many of them often in this | dave4545
10/4/2018 16:54 | David - I only hold 21,000 shares but have instructed my broker to vote against Resolution 2. Hopefully every little helps. | speedsgh
10/4/2018 16:29 | Every vote will count and certainly the resolution number two needs to be voted down as another shareholder rightly pointed out. I think if investors are aware of this then they are almost certainly going to vote against it so if you know any fellow shareholders do make them aware. | davidosh

10/4/2018 08:45 | 3800 I just used the 9 mil shares in issue figure as reported on this site. | the big fella
09/4/2018 19:16 | Thanks for looking at the numbers ALS, I just hope your right and they arn't that bad. 3800 | 3800
09/4/2018 18:55 | Hi Davidosh My holdings are so small they're not worth your trouble because I am a small investor and these are a small investment for me. 3800 I saw your figures but don't think these are actually allowances against past losses, they look like normal adjustments, although to be fair to you I can accept that they may have reduced the tax liability below the norm. As far as I can see they are reporting profit after tax and paying tax in cash. I could be wrong though. | arthur_lame_stocks
09/4/2018 18:20 | Daviddosh, No I haven't, but will make the effort if you are going to the trouble of arranging an EGM TBF, I can see it's not just me who struddles with the numbers 100,000 shares are about 0.7% 3800 | 3800 |
