Thanks WGT and Rivaldo for the background to the AGM.

The recent high, rising trend and low P/e led me to take an interest here recently.

Chelverton must have their reasons for increasing their stake and your comments around smart metering merited further investigation. A search reveals that Ganymede have been advertising for staff - gas metering coaches and trainers in London and dual meter installers - in the last seven days. Let's hope they are getting busy.

Add in some Network rail contracts and some recurring revenue and I can start to believe in the start of a story.

As an aside, based on indicators, bar chart have RTC as a 96% buy today (up from a 72% buy last month). Perhaps the stars are aligning.

Good to see the price ticking up towards recent highs and soaking up a 23k sell this morning easily. Suggests continuing demand, perhaps with Chelverton looking to buy more.

The share price has slipped back here through boredom perhaps. However it is worth reminding ourselves we are due a 2p div next month so we trade in a 13 month yield of approaching 8%. Also worth reminding ourselves what the Chairman said a few weeks back:

"I am pleased to report that the Group has traded well since the publication of the 2016 results in February and we continue to experience a strong demand from both new and existing customers.

The Board is confident of the trading prospects of the Company in the current financial year."

Chelverton have bought again, another 200,000 to take them to 1m shares, or 6.88%:



They've bought them directly from Oryx, who are top-slicing over time in stages.

Good news today - Chelverton Small Companies Trust have bought 150,000 shares since their last disclosure and now hold 5.5%, or 800,000 shares:

Not xd until 8th June, just a sign of how illiquid the share is! Just 13k of sales have wiped off 8% of the m/cap....an opportunity imho.

Thanks for the post William and thanks to David Shredder for raising the issue of the nil price options. I'm not sure any institutional investors would be any more of a check against the board to be honest. but thanks again all round.
