Robert Waters (RWA)released a rather positive trading update this morning, which included an upbeat assessment of their UK operations.

"Exceptional performance in the UK with net fee income increasing by 27% year on year."



Last year RTC released their January trading update on the 21st, with 79% of revenues from the UK, I will look forward to reading their update with interest.

There should be a trading update in the next couple of weeks and they are generally very quick at getting results out too.

LOL yes, with today's share price move, broker forecasts suggests its on a forward P/E for 2015 of circa 7.

The market makers either are hiding delayed buys or they simply have no market
in offering this stock atm. Nothing at 41p then 42p now straight to 44p offer
and that is the price online to buy nothing inside. Looked a good share but for
now the price is just getting away.

I took the recent acquisition as a positive trading statement. They wouldn't have had the confidence to do such a relatively large cash purchase (20% of market cap) if things weren't going well and they needed to conserve cash.

Anyway no rush - I like slow and steady - off the radar stocks!

Sailing john, comparison is stark.

Even on this years profits, Mcap should be over £11M once you add back in net assets. This of course provides a 100%+ upside at todays price.

Hopefully we'll get a trading statement in early Jan.

On a simplistic PBT p/e of 12 RTC should be looking at a market cap in the region of £14M, which provides significant upside compared with todays Mcap of less than £5.5M.

Rig Energy were the sole labour provider for the mobilisation of a £500m project to repair and maintain Married Quarters within the Ministry Of Defence. The mobilisation of the project ran smoothly, taking into consideration the number of inductions and volumes of Engineers required, it was a great achievement from both Rig Energy and Ourselves. To be able to find and gain MOD Clearance for this volume of engineers (Exceeding 100 contractors) whilst delivering a consistently high calibre of engineer was a great help as the contract and systems were new to the management structure. I would like to state that the Management and Staff of RIG Energy always made themselves available and were extremely helpful throughout the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rig Energy to any business.

Looks to be a sensible acquisition, good sector & earnings enhancing in 2015.

RIG have 40,000 candidates on their database.
