No divi, being diluted to bits, and as recent events and weather have shown unpredictable business. Damaged goods. share price being maintained for now by vested interests but RI holders will start unloading over next 6 months and this will half the share price at least, esp with divi cut and no incentive to hold. Nice to see jobs held and bonuses kept with SH funds. Whats new? Will look back in towards year end when hopefully can get them for 40-50p. Too many good companies elsewhere at reasonable prices. imo

.. I bailed yesterday ... results were always going to be bad and with the spike yesterday ... too good an opportunity to miss after the Hester squeeze.

I'll look to get back in after the right issue ...

Interesting today that a rights issue has been underwritten, but the terms not announced. Isn't this creating a false market in the company's shares given that some investors clearly know the terms and others don't? A very odd state of affairs, but I suspect we will all find out in the morning.

+ Share buying announcement...do these guys know the terms. It doesn't feel right.

I'm sure I could have:

1) Asked the accountants how much was needed (and could get away with).
2) Asked them what we could sell off.
3) Stopped the divi.

For a fraction of the price.

It seems to me that this company is in business to collect rights cash from its shareholders, pay it back over 7 or 8 years and then ask for more cash to do it all over again!

results TERRIBLE the ceo walked away with over 800000 it stinks would not touch these with a barge pole .

fair value 48p it will take years to start to pay a proper div not a good investment only to pay the salaries and future bonuses

Certainly remarkable to see the share price holding up in the face of such news.
Still, the rights issue details are still to be announced .
When full rights issue news emerge there is often a tendency for the share price to drift down towards the rights price, followed by at least a partial recovery some time after completion of the rights issue . I may use this relative strength to reduce my put option exposure further .

Well if they are going to do a rights issue there is no point not raising enough. Investors are supportive. Sounds like the pricing will be announced soon if already underwritten. I'm happy that it's a rights issue and we get a chance to add.
