06/4/2004 12:20 | Nice one, 118p to buy now ! | eddie max
06/4/2004 11:53 | Unable to find specific data but exposure does not seem excessive. Bought in modestly at 116.95. | gaussfactor
06/4/2004 11:18 | Most companies hedge against currency fluctuations but not RPS according to the final results. What I am not sure about is the extent of their exposure here, ie the geographical spread of profits. Need to research a bit more unless you can advise. Agreed over a longer period it should probably be neutral and could eventually be a good thing if/when the dollar recovers. | gaussfactor
06/4/2004 11:12 | I think like most companies, there is an element of risk with currency fluctuations - as well as a positive effect. But I honestly think a bounce is due shortly, thinking long term - these in my opinion, are very goog value ! | eddie max
06/4/2004 10:41 | Thanks Eddie, but I don't find the divi yield a major attraction here. Any thoughts on the exposure to currency risks? Another potential issue perhaps is the possibility of demotion from the FTSE250. | gaussfactor
06/4/2004 10:35 | Good comments GaussFactor, definately oversold - just took them away for longer term, and receive your divi ! | eddie max
06/4/2004 10:20 | This share looks well oversold. An excellent track record, solid fundamentals, but heavily penalised because of a projected short-term costs hike for perfectly valid reasons which should actually enhance and consolidate future performance. Has been on my watchlist for some time and am tempted to plunge in now for my ISA but two slight concerns: 1) seems open to currency fluctuations and a strengthening pound could make this worse before better and 2) obviously some very substantial sells have driven the price down, but are these out of the way now? As always, timing is everything. It may have further to fall. Any views from those that know the company better than I do would be much appreciated. | gaussfactor
06/4/2004 08:30 | Come on MMs, this company deserves better ! Now stop playing games. ;-) | eddie max
02/4/2004 20:56 | Another chunk of 450000 sell after the bell - again well below market price ! Anyone know what's going on ? | eddie max
02/4/2004 13:17 | You might be right! 2 million sell I see | eddie max
26/3/2004 16:08 | Eastbourne1982:> As I said above this now appears to be a busted growth stock - So what pe do you give a support services coy today 10.0 ??? Any views? | pugugly
26/3/2004 14:57 | I am hoping to buy in sooner or later for a short term punt. I can't see a lot of bad in the recent news. Is £1 on the cards. | eastbourne1982
26/3/2004 12:34 | Thought this was oversold last week yet still keeps going down. A 2m+ sale seems to have knocked it down further. Any guess as where the support will be? Wish I'd sold!! Oh isn't hindsight wonderful. | alcornwall
19/3/2004 15:51 | RSI showing over sold now could start to go up from next week ? thoughts anyone | kamlani
19/3/2004 14:39 | Note AH has picked up 10000 at 130. How much further is this going down!? | alcornwall
19/3/2004 10:13 | You guys/gals are amazing. The Company is following an acquisition based strategy with significant deferred consideration to be paid and you want higher dividends??? | phillis
18/3/2004 16:25 | eljim I quite agree. It might be worth making our feelings about the dividend known on the company website . I was tempted to copy and paste yours there with my comments but thought it best to be able to ask you first and anyway if anyone feels the same way a few more thoughts on the same might have a better effect. | a3477681
18/3/2004 08:59 | Eastbourne.....undou | rabain
18/3/2004 08:19 | I have held RPS for a few years and they have not disapointed. Yesterdays results were not bad but did not meet best forecasts so severe markdown. I thought a higher dividend could have been paid to compensate for the slower growth. Directors please note. | eljim
17/3/2004 17:35 | Was the fall today overdone and are these worth a short term punt? | eastbourne1982
17/3/2004 13:51 | Bad news for shorters, get in there at this level....... | fongrang
17/3/2004 13:13 | I'm in for 10k @ 131p Q | quidzinn
17/3/2004 11:41 | e&oe - Can someone please double check my calculations Future price all depends on what is an acceptable p/e. If coy is going ex growth and earnings were slightly less than concensus (Refs) earnings estimate of 8.27p per share and if we downgrade 04 earnings Refs consensus again of 9.56 to say 9.0p and allocate a forward p/e of 14 then target price is 126p, if p/e 15 then target price 135p and p/e 16 then target price 144p. Take your choice!! and dyor. | pugugly
17/3/2004 11:38 | Sorry about that. It seems enicap got it right in which case it has more to do with technical swings and shorting than economics. In a year's time we will be laughing. | a3477681 |
