CI -you seem on top of this share. Was there a share consolidation at some point~?
I recall buying around £5k of these and was so disgusted by what happened I parked them and forgot about them.
Revived interest with all the recent publicity-but even if I miss out on compensation its not material as I only own around 200 shares. But as I said I'm sure I paid around £5k for the holding.
Goodwin should be in prison as for McKillop -he used to run ICI's agrochemicals. What he knew about banking was er nothing. He was there to allow Goodwin to do what he wanted.

They should settle with members who are not part of an action group via compensation. But clearly if the terms are different for various groups then that won't happen.

Anyone who now tries to do a deal with RBS either on their own or part of a new group has little chance of getting any money from RBS.
But if you do give it a go please let me know the outcome.
