But as NigeL Farage said this morning "" will they change" NO they still have not understood the message and the Lib Dems in Government are in my view one of the biggest problems. Some News comment in Sunday Times this am on RBS. gets an input on Three pages including comment from Hestor. I even believe some part of the media are beginning to recognise that RBS is close to its restructuring goal. Given that there is some back off from Politicians and regulators.
