Those existing reactor sites that have recently closed, are now closing and are about to close over then next 5 years would, in my opinion, be the perfect locations for small modular reactors. Huge amounts of money will be required to return the land upon which the old Magnox and the newer AGR/PWR plants are located for "reuse". I presume reuse implies farming, industry or house building.
