“Reasonable Debate”

No such thing as risk free investing. We all agree?

So where are the risks mentioned, to the investments you made?

Thanks Ian. Totally agree.
Shame about II. Just trying to bury reasonable debate. Either that or he can only handle one idea at a time.

I wasn’t going to go, but the alternative was not available. Well, made it pretty clear

The 3rd option was here

It took a lot of pondering

Tonight I decided to go on a date, not drink, and listen endlessly all evening.

However, I am not sure after that, so I will be back

Institutional Investments, oh dear, another poster who feels the necessity to post endless times a day and say nothing.
Haven't you got a life to get on with?

This government has no idea how to support UK business. They have dragged their feet on nuclear for too long. we need the SMRs now. Put on a war footing we could be free from foreign domination in five years with nuclear backing up wind and solar. We could also have a world leading industry. Fire the bureaucracy, cut the red tape, and go for it. we would also have a realistic share price for RR.

Demented investor,

Constant repetition of an argument or opinion is a sure sign of subconscious doubt.

If you look at SMRs only, in terms of investing, institutions have zero interest compared to other energy forms

Possibly the clue is in their research. But most likely the clue is in their money for it

Seems to have turned to a discussion site for macroeconomics. Whilst critical in the sort term it’s like yesterdays newspapers in the long term.

I am interested in the mini nuclear reactors for local power generation. Surely the budget should have given a boost but no obvious effect I can detect.
Is anyone here in the know on this aspect?
Many thanks

Interest rate return back to pre 2008 banking crisis , with inflation on the rise again

Central banks can’t keep propping market

That itself would now implode the whole financial system

And as we have seen for 14 years, they have no solution….and printing won’t work now too

Just rams up inflation

The most interesting aspect, has been global fund shorting activity in Asia, EU and UK. Oddly starting to hit aggregate short holds akin to pre banking crisis 2008

And in terms of industries and geography, it is nearly total coverage today

Not that one can trade such data. But notable
