Admission of Nil Paid Rights becoming effective by not later than 8.00 a.m. on 28 October 2020.

It is also expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares (fully paid) will become effective, and dealings in New Ordinary Shares, fully paid, on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 12 November 2020.

A much bigger problem would be no cash injection and no debt refinancing and no cost cutting actions and no stabilisation of the business.The company is doing everything necessary to secure its future. no, they will be worth 8.5 billion. After the shares go ex rights there will be 8.5 billion shares at a market price of 100p. Pre ex rights will be 325p and post ex rights will be 100p. So 8.5 billion market cap
