I'll settle for just the pie. Then we can all be friends again and I'll be allowed back onto LSE (on probation).

During the commencement of Production and over the first year of production, it is reasonable to assume spurious trips will be more frequent then decrease as the Operations team becomes more experienced in the operation of the FPSO and any residual Commissioning issues are addressed. Navitas will review the statements on venting in the post consultation EIS, and will include an estimate for fugitive emissions.Xodus 30 Page 130: "This associated gas will be used for fuel on the installation, for 'gas blankets' in cargo / slops tanks and for 'gas lift' to improve the oil recovery. Any surplus gas will be re-injected into the GI well." It is noted that there is "dehydration" gas process which typically uses fuel gas as stripping gas. There is no mention of this fuel gas user. Query if this is the case, and if so, should be captured in emissions etc. or discussed as a user that is recovered in the closed flare or VRUStripping Gas from the Gas Dehydration Unit will be recovered via the LP Flare system to the VRU.Xodus 31 Page 168: Table 5.14.Is gas handling capacity going to be upgraded prior to Phase 2? There is no mention of this. Important as gas production would exceed Phase 1 design rate and will result in large amounts of flaring. Emission calculations are consistent with our plan to deliver Phase 1 & 2 production. Navitas will update Table 5.14 in the post consultation EIS, and ensure that the information presented is consistent in the FDP. Section 5.8.2.2 will be edited to read; 'The FPSO will be designed to deliver the FDP production profile for both Phase 1 and 2. Minor upgrades to topsides equipment or updated operating procedures may be implemented to achieve target rates.'Xodus 32 Page 176: "Flare purge and pilot"It is noted that there is no inclusion of Flare Purge rates within Chapter

The world is in a transitional phase of global development where technologies are increasing to provide society with energy. Meanwhile, the Falkland Islands relies on the use of hydrocarbons for its economy and will do so for the foreseeable future. Proposals to design and build a new municipal incinerator are underway, which will significantly reduce volumes of waste going to landfill and which will operate to modern air quality standards. On landfill, FIG's Environmental Strategy Progress Report noted the commitment to creating, in partnership with BFSAI, a waste management facility and a new landfill designed and built to high specifications by 2025 to minimise environmental impact. Policy approval was given by ExCo in 2023 and work proceeds to secure this new waste management and landfill facility.

Oil readiness has gained significant momentum in the past 18 months, with a fully staffed local team, supplemented by external advisors in key areas. Legal drafting work proceeds as a high priority as documented in ExCo Paper 136/24P on legislative drafting priorities. It is expected that the drafting of the Environmental legislation to replace the Offshore Minerals Ordinance will be completed by the end of 2025 ready for approval by ExCo.The enactment of the legislation must then be coordinated with other amendments to the Offshore Minerals Ordinance. Nevertheless, the legislation is expected to be in force well before it is required for oil and gas operations.Regarding the evolution of environmental legislation, see answers aboveFalklands Conservation (1)Falklands Conservation (2)Falklands Conservation (4)Surfrider Argentina/ Fundación Patagonia Natural
