gaffer, Good Evening,
Rkh will get paid and I don't think it's going to take long,imo. The accumulating interest will make it more sensible
To settle the case sooner rather than later, but as you know, rkh is not suing a small Company or an individual, it may take longer than we anticipate.
Also, from my own experience with lawyers,
They won't sleep till they get their last penny.

Can't see them fighting the decision so there's no point in delaying the payment as it will just cost them more. Not sure if they'll try a reduced payment in return for a quick payment though. As far as I'm aware there are no rules on payment timescales.
