27/7/2022 11:51 | You really need to do some research on International Arbitrations! | ![]() arlington chetwynd talbott
27/7/2022 11:50 | I didn't say it was a foregone conclusion. I'm making my decision on the basis that RKH's solicitors are 'no win no fee'. They are a lot smarter than you and they wouldn't take the case unless there was a high chance of winning. Also, Italy's arguments against the claim have been very weak and were relying on loopholes. They have already been dismissed.I see any award as a bonus, not the reason to invest. | ![]() gaffer73
27/7/2022 11:45 | There are only TWO possible outcomes, with the ICSID arbitration. VICTORY or DEFEAT | buy2sell1
27/7/2022 11:40 | Not sure I would put the chances of winning as high as 50% myself. If you genuinely believe they are that high you will no doubt be getting on board at the current share price. As I said before, the chances of winning are better than slim, but all this is more about the balance of risk and reward. And a complex award that amounts to a nil-nil draw is actually a distinct possibility when you work through all the scenarios. | ![]() arlington chetwynd talbott
27/7/2022 11:36 | WRONG AGAIN !!! Arbitration decisions are NEVER predictable there is only a 50% chance of winning versus a 50% chance of losing. the chances of a Nil-Nil draw is highly improbable. As for relying on the UK Government to fund Oil exploration down in the South Atlantic, you have NOT got a prayer. Firstly, why would the UK Government fund it ? Secondly, the UK Government has no spare money to pay for it . | ![]() dissentingvoices
27/7/2022 11:34 | Little chance of that and it's not as important as it once was .With a truss victory, its not impossible that the UK govt are back interested in helping to fund sealion . | ![]() gozzie2
27/7/2022 11:31 | and what happens if ICSID find in favour of the Italian Government ??? it's not a forgone conclusion that Rockhopper will be successful and win anything !!! NO WONDER YOU'VE LOST ALL YOUR MONEY - NEVER CONSIDERING THE DOWNSIDE !!! | ![]() dissentingvoices

27/7/2022 11:22 | You don’t like being called out do you buy to sell it’s time for you to go and in the words of that famous song go now go now before it’s to late. Go before you have Manure spread over your face and Rockhopper hits new heights the only posters to be left on here are shareholders and Rockhopper supporters. | ![]() darloboy
27/7/2022 11:13 | who is this moody geezer you are talking about private walker mind how you go lol pike abingdon | ![]() arlington chetwynd talbott
27/7/2022 10:41 | What an absolute crock of manure. It has got to be Sam Moody using multiple aliases posting all this worthless propoganda. Rockhopper has had to give away 65% of it's drilling and exploration rights in the North Falkand Basin to Navitas for what ??? Didn't Moody also offer a similar deal to Premier Oil a.k.a Harbour only for them to walk away. | buy2sell1
27/7/2022 10:26 | 3 month chart says 8p next but I think we may do better than that this quarter. It is not too late for the usual suspects to get on board. | ![]() arlington chetwynd talbott

27/7/2022 08:54 | On past form there has to be a pretty good chance of a final extension. Not necessarily a bad thing as getting completion done this quarter, on top of the raise and before the award, would make the award an even less binary event for RKH. | ![]() arlington chetwynd talbott
27/7/2022 08:43 | No he's far too clever. | ![]() gaffer73
27/7/2022 08:39 | He wouldn't understand sarcasm lol. | ![]() gozzie2
27/7/2022 08:38 | I can't say I do .Il look into it when I have the time .I certainly hope so ,as I can't see any reason for an extension, however you never know with this arbitration .Everything is looking positive at the moment and probably why these cr@ckpots have arrived. I can't think of any other reason why they would be here ,other than they have just closed an asylum lol. | ![]() gozzie2 |
