Hello to the faithfull,
I presently have all the girls filtered (and wish they could be deleted).
The remaiaining true posters are now nigoil,henry groucho, and me as of today. This means the girls have desroyed all poster interaction. Therefore,
thanks Nigoil for providing reason and support for RKH when mangementho should have at least provided monthly updates on company buinss however small.
So,keep the faith with a billion barells in hand and oil moving up.

Panr Rns just like Rkh is excellent news! Both sp's will be multiples of todays within a blink of an eye! If you are an investor in either you will do very well out of it!

As per previous post: hold (imo).
Neither HG or Nigoil ever support or share their "research" Just disparage.

View and assess the cash drain. The facts are there.



Free to make up your own mind.

Support Glen's actions and proposals if you deem appropriate. By placing the resolutions there is no requirement to subsequently vote on them either.

Any PROVEN OR FACTUAL counter arguments always welcome.

MMs playing games again with the share price down 8.83% yet all trades bar one are above 9p. Should hopefully hold 9p today or we drift until next update. Bet the AGM is now being planned for August post OM award, banking on a good outcome.

I'm only going on what this guy that worked on the project said .He blamed premier .Forwarded from William David Hartell (linkedin.com/in/william-david-hartell-3048a82b):Steven,Yes, I think that the Chrysaor Premier merger is positive for Sea Lion.  The combined company has much great financial strength and now that the Premier debt is paid off as part of the merger, there should be ability to finance Sea Lion.  The recent UK government announcement of no more Export Credit Finance for international oil and gas project hurts since Premier wanted to use UKEF to help get bank loans for Sea Lion.   Sea Lion is very technically doable project - not too deep water and no big storms.  It is just remote, but not impossible.  Rockhopper has been a good partner but Premier wasted a lot of money over the years which caused Rockhopper to spend a lot.  Hopefully the end is in sight and it gets developed.  Best wishes, Dave

I advise investors to watch the following RKH presentation, check the money raised and see the cash subsequent cash burn:

RKH is it a AIM company that is cash foolish:

RKH raised $600mil for the drilling (oh and they forgot to take the test equip, ran out of diesel..need resupply...demonstrating no decent oversite onboard to check your contractor/driller) campaign see around +36mins 

Drilling campaign cost 450mil see 42:30 

REMEMBER raised 600mil 

PMO in (43:20) as they were one of the few that would (i.e. Argentina?) 

Goes on 

60% to PMO with them giving 

231mil BACK CARRY 

48mil exploration back carry 

So as of 2012 according to above seminar RKH had 429mil cash, 40% of the licence(S) 

1. How much went back to PMO for feed (poor contract) 

2. How much went on farm in costs for Desire/FOGL (was that prudent), forced to sell Egypt, OM, down to lawyers. Where has anything been good financial prudence?

3. Just how must cash after signing PMO is left. These are FACTS.

It is imperative that the BoD salarys and share grabs are curbed, reward given on first oil not when they want to reward themselves.
