Why all of a sudden do we have a few posters discussing a buy out this is not going to happen and talk of 50p is pie in the sky an offer of around 15p would probably clinch it anyway not happening yet. We will probably see a fund raise first.

I think it makes sense to negotiate a deal now. While there may be some “award” in July, it will likely drag out for a long time until final cash collection. So, as part of any deal, just spin off a contingent value right for the OM litigation to holders as part of a deal.


Since RKH is highly unlikely to get cash from OM in July, its fate is sealed and will need to sell out. Why not negotiate a deal now? Waiting for the remaining cash to be depleted achieves nothing and reduces bargaining power.
