Arbitration could roll on for months yet while they argue over our 'out of Europe' status. When they finally sort that, more delays while they agree to close the case, then up to 120 days + 60 if needed.

The Tribunal will revert to the Parties in the early part of 2021 with any final questions it might have or, if none, the declaration of the closure of the proceedings as per ICSID Arbitration Rule 38(1)."

We certainly do Gozzie but can't see it until later in the year. I hope that if SL is a no-goer then it will be announced sooner rather than later. As for the weekend, doubt it makes much difference if you are in or out really.
