Fraid you're wrong yet again bigfred10 , I posted as early as March / April that there would be a delay in the ICISD case outcome because of Covid. My posting history is there for all to see , so two weeks ago doesn't quite cut the mustard my dear bigfred10 ! Keep up please! LOL........Simples!.........;-) P. S. My dear duckdown , don't you think if Rkh had lost the case we would have been updated yonks ago ? The fact that they have won the case is why the outcome is taking so long , negotiations and all that between both parties and good old Covid in the middle!

It was interesting wording although I think 'award' is simply the outcome of the case, rather than referring to a financial award. See here:

Noboil. I told you 2 weeks ago Sam Moody told me in an email that Covid has slowed the process down. Yet you still predicted the swallows from 9 months ago were landing last week. Then they were coming this week now you attempt to cover your BS and failure using a reason I mentioned 2 weeks ago. Anyone on this board who believes your rubbish deserves all they get.

" Post-hearing briefings were submitted in October and November 2019. Feedback from the Tribunal has indicated that work continues on the award although the process has been delayed due to disruptions caused by COVID-19. No guidance on the timing of the AWARD was provided by the Tribunal. "........Patience is required along with buying low !........Simples!.....;-) P.S. And remember ' the girls " doubted me that Covid could slow down the process.......Nigoil right again !

Much as I'd love to believe the OM update is nigh, I thought you were predicting it to arrive last week or this week Nigoil?

RKH have said only this week that ICSID haven't given them a timetable - have you managed to get hold of it somehow?! ;-)
