I agree as I'm watching Shark tank .Competence and confidence wins in business. These have taken 10 years until its getting to where its too late .Why do they keep getting voted back in it seems a little odd .

Once the world frees up from this pandemic.

Asia: Hungry for Energy & growth.
US Shale: Plugged & Abandoned.
New exploration: Zero financing.
Oil majors: Caught wrong footed.
Production: Mad scramble for proven reserves of bog standard oil.

Sack Sam Moody & the BoD before the next Energy crisis!

Yes Gozzie, Tesla may well go a little higher in the very short term but it has to be one of,if not, the most over inflated stock in the world, with a mind-boggling price to earnings ratio of 859,its absolutely ridiculous for a car manufacturer and a classic case of irrational exuberance,a price to earnings of around 10,is the more the norm.Tesla, isn't a tech stock, its a car manufacturer and even Morgan Stanley & other top brokers say its ripe for an almighty fall but PDYOR & Good Luck.

Thats not in bits yet these guys cant even bring a bit if oil out of the ground. Elon Musk's Tesla Roadster is an electric sports car that served as the dummy payload for the February 2018 Falcon Heavy test flight and became an artificial satellite of the Sun. "Starman", a mannequin dressed in a spacesuit, occupies the driver's seat. The car and rocket are products of Tesla and SpaceX, respectively, both companies founded by Elon Musk.[4] The 2008-model Roadster is personally owned by and previously used by Musk for commuting to work. It is the first production car launched into space and first to orbit the sun.Elon Musk's Tesla Roadster?Roadster car mounted on Falcon Heavy upper-stage; Earth in the backgroundNamesSpaceX Roadster[1]Starman[1]Mission typeTest flightOperatorSpaceXCOSPAR ID2018-017ASATCAT no.43205Spacecraft propertiesSpacecraft type2008 Tesla Roadster used as a mass simulator, attached to the upper stage of a Falcon Heavy rocketManufacturerTesla and SpaceXLaunch mass~1,300 kg (2,900 lb);~6,000 kg (13,000 lb) including rocket upper stage[2]Start of missionLaunch date20:45:00, February 6, 2018 (UTC)RocketFalcon Heavy FH-001Launch siteKennedy LC-39AOrbital parametersReference systemHeliocentricEccentricity0.25571[3]Perihelion altitude0.98613 au (147,523,000 km)[3]Aphelion altitude1.6637 au (248,890,000 km)[3]Inclination1.077°[3]Period1.525 year[3]Epoch1 May 2018 The car, mounted on the rocket's second stage, acquired enough velocity to escape Earth's gravity and enter an elliptical heliocentric orbit crossing the orbit of Mars.[5] The orbit reaches a maximum distance from the Sun at aphelion of 1.66 astronomical units (au).[3] During the early portion of the voyage outside the Earth's atmosphere, live video was transmitted back to the mission control center and live-streamed for slightly over four hours.[6]Advertising analysts noted Musk's sense of brand management and use of new media for his decision to launch a Tesla into space. While some commenters voiced concern that the car contributed to space debris, others saw it as a work of art. Musk explained he wanted to inspire the public about the "possibility of something new happening in space" as part of his larger vision for spreading humanity to other planets.[7]

Tesla has been a market darling and has an abundance of market sentiment on its side,so well done Gossie and I hope you do well with it....I'm not saying EV's won't increase, they most certainly will, that's for sure, but with every oil company in the world scaling back, not exploring, cutting production and reducing or stopping investment, the seeds are being shown for higher oil prices as demand for oil will be robust for at least another 20 years,so rkh should do ok too once SL's back on the table.

I'm also invested in the EV revolution but not in the likes of Tesla as its valuation is ridiculously high, but in a small Nickel miner that will supply the nickel for these EVs.Its only got a £20mln mkt cp and has discovered over $20 Billion worth of Nickel, but is,in some ways, rather similar to rkh,in that they need finance and its in a remote inaccessible location (Siberia).

There is no reason why both investments can't prosper alongside each other but being in both when they are at,or near, rock bottom, not only provides a hedge but could prove to be doubly fruitful🤑

Good afternoon Gozzie2

Imo; £25m is the minimum required to just keep the lights on in the hope that first oil might arrive in 5 years.

Imo,our current relatively 'high' share price, (considering the risks and RKH dire finances), is largely based on hopes of a really big arbitration award.

Boris has added to the risks and uncertainty with negative comments on future export finance support for Oil and gas projects being withdrawn. SEALION development would depend on such support.

Rkh is a high risk gamble.

Edit; to actually receive £25m Rkh might actually have to be awarded £50m IF reports are true that the lawyers will take 50% ; I hope not!
