well no more 'share price shifting' news after FID until rig sets sail which could be anything from 6 - 12 months AFTER FID before that happens.
ergo: share price will drift down on no news - always does !!
opportunity to buy back for a spike and slice trade on rig departure / arrival
following that there will be +/- 18 months of drilling and completion of the 'production' wells and the laying and testing of all the tree's, flowlines, umbilicals, etc, etc which means NO real share price shifting 'discovery' or 'production' news to feed the retail herd and hold the price either where it is or drive the price up
the next meaningful news whilst all that goes on will be FPSO sailing which won't be happening until 2027
ergo: share price will drift down on no price shifting news - always does !!
opportunity again to buy back for another spike and slice trade on said FPSO news
the final piece of price shifting news for the retail herd will be when FPSO arrives and first production is achieved which won't be until Q1 2028 at earliest
however even IF first oil were to arrive (as currently stated) in Q4 2027 that is still a whopping 3 long years away from now
OK there might be a couple of newsworthy opportunities in between
