The said "attack" on Nouf, for good measure:

tpaulbeaumont - 18 Mar'10 - 03:22 - 36000 of 36056 edit

McHugh - does anyone still read that buffoon?
Nouf - just seen his blog( hes very bitter about something huh, wonder what it could be..... ;) i note his wave analysis is on par with Adlard and McHugh still(see above), the very ilk of newsletter peddler he bemoans, both of whom have also recently turned bull. interesting :)

Not so much an "attack", as a "comparison", albeit to two equally underwhelming technical 'analysts', imvho naturally.

All in all, very interesting indeed! :P

"too proud to listen", a comment made to another advfn winner; a sentiment sadly grasped by few.

I don`t need interest from you .... WELL WHY ADDRESS ME!?
You post your charts and let the real traders trade ... YAWN..yeah rightO chief LOL!

Listen, alf, trader, bis, ainsoph, kdc, stoic who/what ever you are, why bother arguing, you post rubbish, regurgitated CNBC market comment, used cliches, annonymous winning trade details, tosh, thats as clear to see as teh nose on my face...just utterly useless drivel!? If you think im wrong, prove it, post something good, precise trades, and it'd b great if you were actually correct too! If ur wrong, no doubt others will tell you what they think youve done wrong (or right!)and you can grow, maybe me 2 if your not too proud 2 listen.
Good luck ;P

ALL -

Restaurant 22 was one of a number or possible venues for this event recommended to me by people who had been there. I didn't actually visit the restaurant 'cos I'm based quite a long way away from it and the owner, David Carter, has been most helpful over the phone. However, rvt has now visited the restaurant and it's extremely "cosy", not to say tiny (some wicked souls may even bandy the word "miniscule" about)!

So for heaven's sake don't wear thick clothes or we won't all get in. Apparently, once the projector and screen are set up there isn't really room to "mingle" so after quick hellos, its everyone sitting down please.

I'm sorry about this and take full responsibility as I should have visited the venue earlier to confirm suitability. However, I'm assured that the food and service are good and the atmosphere will be electric. The wine list, by the way, which was far too extensive to put up on the thread, will, I'm sure, compensate for any lack of elbow room :-)

I'm sure that with a bit of good will and everyone making sure they've showered before the seminar, we'll be ok.

See you Thursday

DCB - all very well arranging Trauma Counselling for those devastated by the fact that will miss it, but will there be bread and chips for those who do attend? :-)

Anyone dare start a new thread on the rvtaylor Fan Club after today?

FAhd, the reason I'm not organising anything in the north is that we are the East Anglian Mountain Rescue Investment Club, based in Cambridge :-) And the other reason is if there are any more like DavB up there, I'm not coming any further north than Watford, it's too scary!

However, if this event is a success, who knows what ADVFN might ask me to do?

I had my name down to attend however I
went to 2 ADVFN courses last week
and feel that I would like to consolidate
what I learnt and make few bucks. I shall
keep my eyes open for the next events.
Why not organise something in the North
next time!
